The Suspect (2013)

If there is a movie closer to The Man From Nowhere for its closeness then it would be The Suspect. Can't believe no one hasn't recommended it. Both movies are action packed. The main characters are equally skilled in combat and weapon. Both are facing tremendous amount of enemies to get back a person important to them. I rated both movies the same 10 when it's not easy for me to give 10 ratings. Just watch it and you'll know.

both are about being betrayed, surviving that betrayal and making the betrayer pay.

Both are North Korean spies. Both want revenge on their loved ones murder. They both have the help of cops towards the end.

North-Korean with a mission goes to South-Korea. He then gets abandon by his own people. When he finds out that his kidnapped wife and kid died. He tries to find answers for the things that has happened.

Both has some kind of twisted hero, who goes around hiding and interacting with regular citizens with violence and family content.
