the vibe and the comedy are really alike. both have that "unexpected" pairing and unlike the usual cold ml/nice fl, these are well balanced, crazy ml/crazy fl and the gen z fls that won't back down to the ml

Xia Le Di was an arrogant, self-absorbed socialite before her father's bankruptcy left her penniless. She believed that it happened because his competitor stole "Mona Lisa," a revolutionary makeup technology that his company developed. She vowed to get it back. She went undercover at JEALOUS, the rival company, working as an assistant to Chang Yu Jie, the heartless operation manager/lead makeup artist. While she focused her investigation on him, her romantic interest wandered to his charming half-brother Chang Shao Feng. But unbeknownst to her, the half-brother was the real culprit behind the theft.

Nakajo Hitomi works as an OL and she is huge fan of stage actor Kiryu Toma. In Perfume, the main male lead is a narcissist who is brilliant at his craft as a designer and develops feelings for the lead female as she works her way into his line of business as a model. She also becomes his cook and housemaid in the process. This is literally a magical drama.

The FL is also frustrated and annoyed at the ML to the point she wants him to die. Her plan to kill him fails and the ML ends up getting amnesia. So she starts pretending that they are in a loving relationship. In the end they fall in love for real.
