- A key trio that works together, featuring a cynical ML that undergoes major character growth
- Similar comforting premises of examining a person’s life and final moments

the set up of medical team and patients are pretty similar. and giving the back story of significant patients.
Very similar setting, hospice, past connection between leads but Chocolate is more "slow burning" on the romance side. Both involve some cooking. Leads in IYWUM are nicer, honestly.
similarities
- both episodic dramas dealing with people and dying
- both will make you cry at least once
- both have a trio; 2 boys and 1 girl
- both slowly show the stories of the mcs as each ep progresses
differences
- 'tomorrow' is much rather a darker show in my opinion, though both of them do deal with heavy topics
- rather than dealing with patient's last wishes like 'if you wish upon me,' tomorrow deals with trying to stop people from suicide
- imo 'if you wish upon me' had much more of a family / found family feel as the patients are all somewhat connected
- 'tomorrow' has a more supernatural / unrealistic tone to it
'if you wish upon me' is insanely underrated, i really reccomend it if you like shows like tomorrow and move to heaven

Tell me your wish and Tomorrow are dramas that can you feel very emotional in every episode, both dramas leave important messages and even if the dramas touch sensitive topics it can also made you feel with hopeles and that the life can always give you second opportunities.
Both are healing dramas with romance and a tragic past. Like If You Wish Upon Me, Just between lovers deals with loneliness, PTSD and the growth of the main characters and how they learn to move on and accept death. Just Between Lovers has a lots of heartwarming platonic and romantic relationships and there are a lot of heart wrenching scenes too. JBL's male lead is quite similar to If You Wish Upon Me's male lead in how life wasn't good to both of them and how they learn to give and receive affection. Both of the drama has romance but JBL is focused more on romance. But I would say JBL is more slow burning with its story and the romantic plot between the leads. While If You Wish Upon Me focuses more on finding a community of accepting and warm hearted people, Just Between Lovers focuses more on one-on-one relationships :)
?The ending of JBL was not the best and the pacing got weird in the last episodes. But if you want to watch a healing drama where people who weren't treated well by people, society and life in general and has some romance in it, Just Between Lovers might be what you want to watch next?

-In both dramas the leads aim to fulfil the final wish of a dying (IF YOU WISH UPON ME) or a dead person (MAY I HELP YOU).
- They both have a kind of enemies to lovers vibe
-The healing aspects in both dramas are great
-While MAY I HELP YOU has more of a comedic element IF YOU WISH UPON ME will definitely leave something with you.

What would you do if you knew you were dying soon?
Both dramas tell stories of those with numbered days to live and their journey to cross out that one last thing on their bucket list. They explore the themes of life and death, being grateful for little miracles, and self discovery.
"If You Wish Upon Me" tells the stories of those who work and live in a hospice, specifically of the Genie Team who goes about fulfilling the last wishes of the hospice's patients. "Scent of a Woman" tells the story of a woman who decides to take control of her last moments in life to do everything she kept putting off.
Warning: both dramas will make you cry.

Both tell of stories where the main character is thrust into new (slightly remote) environments where they learn to get along with people different from those they've met before. They tell stories of self-discovery, growth, and emotional healing.
Hyejin is a city girl dentist who moves to a small rural town to start her own practice. "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" tells the story of how she adjust to her new neighbours and their country-side way of life, which is completely different from what she's used to.
"If You Wish Upon Me" tells the story of GyeoRe, an ex-convict with not much reason to live. His life becomes entangled with a hospice (palliative care center) and is forced to become a volunteer driver for their patients. he is surrounded by dying patients who are fighting to make the most of their last moments, and hospice volunteers trying their best to grant wishes to those in their last moments.
