Both of these are well done real-life adaptations of a BL manga that deals with serious topics. They are tear-jerkers, but are definitely worth watching!

Both are an exploration of more mature relationship, but Old Fashion Cupcake is a deeper and more subtle production.

This is movie version of short TV series Life: Senjou no Bokura, about two young boys falling in love in their teens and then breaks up when one of the boy start to feel the pressure of society and his parents who urge him to get married and have been. They breakup and the other boy get married.

Same like More then Words, boys breakup when one is worried about having normal life and family. So both series share same storyline but different outcome, however the essence of story is to accept the truth about you, accept your true self in order for to be truly happy.
