Just like Mei Ren Mou Lu, The Imperial Coroner is a mystery drama set in Tang Dynasty with a little romance as well.

Very similar story, but the plot of MCIAL is much simpler and more realistic than Miss Truth. Both series are watchable and good though.

Same ML, and both about a woman who dresses like a man and takes on a male profession in a historical setting.
