This drama is about sayaka who is a honest, and sincere person. She enjoys her job as an editor at a women's fashion magazine where she has found success. Kazuma, her partner of six years, works at an advertising agency. He is an ideal partner who is kind, understands Sayaka's work, and even does his share of the household chores! She is married to Kazu but she doesn;t seem happy, one day she finds out he is having an affair with her best friend Rui.
Rui is the sister of Sayaka's biggest love from when she was young, she never forgot about Akiyama and she wants to get back with him. This drama was one of the best in 2020 so powerful and the characters have played so well!
Sayaka is so pretty and this character suits her so well, Akiyama is very handsome for Japanese standards and he makes a great couple with Sayaka ♥♥♥

intriguing drama about learning to forgive and accept yourself

I want to keep this review spoiler-free, but I will just start by saying the plot is bad, so don't pick this up if you want perfect story writing. This is a drama that is about adult individuals that each have their own problems and troubled past, but throughout the drama they are learning to forgive themselves and move forward from it. Even though a lot of the plot revolves about romance, it is not really the main focus of this drama. The relationships between the different people is quite complex and confusing, but the casting is great. Each played their role as good as it gets (even if this meant i hated some of the characters). The main OST is amazing.

Overall, I would still recommend this drama if you love dramas that are more about "heavier" topics with character development. Despite quite some "wtf" moments, i still binged watched this.

I fell in love...

This drama became my favorite Japanese drama yet. Let me tell you why. The chemistry between the main leads (Sayaka & Akiyama) is incredible. They care and love each other but yet THAT one person keeps them separate. Like come on. Like being threatened with death by someone is very scared. And this drama shows how threatening and manipulating a person will ruin His/her life no matter how long it lasts we are talking about. This drama shows how one person ruined her family’s life. But that person also had her problems and trauma, she was abused by her mom...she had a very hard childhood that no child would want to have lived in. But at the end everything was at place and where it was suppose to be. It’s happy ending. (๑･̑◡･̑๑)

A true Masterpiece!

I watched this drama for the fact that it was kind of a reverse-harem drama, i knew when I watched it that it talked also about cheating, killing ecc. that isn’t really my type of drama so when I finished watching it I was truly shocked, it’s one of the best drama I saw yet, very enjoyable also very sad (while watching it I cried about 4 times lol) and it made me so mad about Rui, she’s an amazing character but seeing all the things she do makes you really wanna throw your device out of the window..

The scenes I found sad were the fact that Kazu cheated with her wife, when Akiyama and the protagonist had some distance between them, when the ex wife of Kazu died and when his child said he wished he was never born but honestly out of all these sad scene the saddest I saw was knowing that after Rui assistant stabbed her (Rui) she didn’t died. (Maybe I’m a bit harsh but dang, Rui f*ck u)
