Another movie I can suggest is Hindsight with the similar story line.

Both about female heroine , how is high-skilled sniper involved in a revenge process.
It is highly recommended

Both of the movies revolve around dictators and the revolution. Characters planned to assassinate the president in both of the movies.

They are both great movies and it all revolves around the Gwangju massacre on May 18.
