Mi Ka joins the Emergency Department and is scolded for diagnosing wrongly on her first patient. Director Wei picks on Mi Ka after the incident, she is then visited by Dr Shao who asks her to train Mi Ka well. Meanwhile, Xing Kelei sends prepaid breakfast under Mi Ka's name to Neurosurgery department without Mi Ka's knowledge. Xiachao is getting better and Xing Kelei takes this opportunity to meet Mi Ka but learns of the fact that she is transferred to a different department. Xing Kelei then meets Dr Shao and speaks up for Mi Ka but is stopped mid way as Mi Ka comes in and declares that she is adjusting well in the department. He later also learns of the fact that Mi Ka didn't have any of the breakfast he sent and is flustered. Later at the hospital, an old man vomits and Mi Ka comes to his aid diagnosing carefully and correctly thus earning back Director Wei's trust and praises.
