-Childhood friends who end up together romantically (But not clear who's going to end up with who)
-Same Dysfunctional Family/Community feeling in both series.
-Both nostalgic dramas about Childhood/Youth/Growing up. (Reply 1988 in particular is beautiful, Characters are shown reflecting on their childhood)
-Go Ahead has more of a nostalgic Family/ Healing theme, genetically different but a family nonetheless.
-All main characters in GA & R1988 are each others main source of support/happiness, the same support bubble/friendship groups.
- Go Ahead spends more time on the characters while they grow up and reconnect with each other and less on them younger.

Both the shows give the Korean Reply series vibes. Both are based on the idea that some friends are like family. However, Lovely Us is more light hearted and warm.
- The story starts when the female lead is a child, and both male leads initially consider her as a younger sibling.
- Both shows include forbidden love aspects, but it's not too focused on in "Go Ahead" because they're not biological.
- There's a time skip where the female lead and male lead don't see each other for a long time, and during this time, they start to develop romantic feelings for each other.
- Both male leads are honest flirts and straightforward.
- In terms of personality, I would say the female lead's younger older brother is similar to one male lead, but the older brother matches his maturity.
- The male lead has trauma, and the female lead is the only one who can comfort him.
- Both shows have moments where the love interest's friend encourages them to confess to the female lead.
- Both female leads have friends who encourage and give them advice.
- The characters go through rough times
- Both male leads pursue the female lead first.
This is based on my memory of reading the novel and Manhua.

Friends and family are everything to the young
the dramas are similar in the comedic tone and the friendship
also the family values

Both dramas are about family, friends, school, and life in general. A Little Reunion does, however, focus on school and friendship more than Go Ahead does, but they have many common themes!
Similar nostalgic family genre. Similar inspiring/soothing OSTs. Lots of heartwarming sibling/family scenes. Go Ahead is funnier and more romantic. It also has MUCH better parent characters. Though most of the moms are trash, the dads are AMAZING. And lots and lots of eye candy with Steven Zhang, Seven Tan(Tan Songyun) and Song Weilong.
Leads are childhood friends who grew up together before separating when college came along before reuniting again many years later. ML basically grew up in the FL family, while in Go Ahead, the leads were raised like siblings. FL in both dramas help ML get through childhood trauma and ML has had a crush on FL for many years. They drift apart because of separating for so long and slowly unveil what they went through during that gap. In Love Next Door, FL endured a lot while Go Ahead is the ML endured a lot, both not telling their families what was happening.
In Go Ahead, the drama is about a Father-Daughther relationship.
And in My Treasure, the drama is about a Mother-Daughther relationship.
Similarities between the two:
1. Both dramas are healing dramas
2. Both dramas are slow-paced but you can feel the warmth in each episode
3. Family Drama
I sometimes smile and sometimes cry when watching this type of drama. When I finish this type of drama, my heart feels warm and sometimes lonely.

From the few eps I've watched of memory of encaustic tile:
- main trio of MOET and main trio of go ahead have similar dynamics
- i.e. FL is a troublemaker, SML is her partner in crime, and ML is the smart, responsible one who tries to keep them in line but ultimately joins in anyway
- ML serves as an older brother figure in the beginning (obviously more so in go ahead than in MOET)
- nostalgic, light-hearted high school vibes in the beginning of both dramas
- both dramas follow characters from high school to beyond college
- humor is kind of similar?

The storylines of these two dramas are totally different. However, there are similarities in terms of communal life. In both dramas, the characters live in closely knitted communities where residents watch out for each other. Our lead characters are entrusted the tasks that require them grow up fast. In "Go Ahead", Ling Xiao (Song Wei Long) is required to take care of his whole family at a very young age when tragedies strike. Here in this drama, Ye Xiao Mei (Janice Wu) becomes the caretaker of an old folks' home at a very young age too. The soundtrack "Fearless" which is one of the OSTs from "Go Ahead" is played here.
Both dramas also show the reality of life - kids grow up and parents/grandparents grow old. When younger, parents/grandparents take care of the kids. Now old, the kids reciprocate the duty. Both dramas are heart warming, funny and bitter sweet at the same time.

Similar between both dramas
+smart male lead
+ sweet female lead
+ school related drama
+ not real sibling, youth

Has very similar vibes to Le Coup de Foudre in terms of family, friendship and youth. Not completed the show yet but I can already tell that Go Ahead will focus a lot more on familial relations compared to Le Coup de Foudre whereas the latter emphasised more on friendship. They both show us the journey of growing and facing hardships in youth and how they are overcome. Go Ahead looks to be an equally beautiful drama that teaches us a lot about healing and that those who are closest to us may not necessarily be related by blood.
Lasting friendships from childhood
Friends to lovers
Relationships: family, friends
emotional
Both have romance but the romance in Love Endures is well-established and believable.

Both of them focuses on family and friendship, both of them have 40 or more episodes.
A little reunion is one of my favourite dramas of 2019, it'll also make you cry just like go ahead.
