Both movies focus on the development of the bond between father and son, with a female friend to help out.
Both deal with young parenthood and how their relatives get involved. The difference is that Baby & I is about the teenager himself and Speedy Scandal is about the teenage mother's estranged father.. kinda. Anyway, both are very funny.
A man suddenly have a family. Can he handle the responsibility? Can he adjust to the family lifestyle? Sweet and lovely movie. The young little boy taught the adult
Both films tackle the same thing: the struggle of a single man taking care of a child he barely knows. Usagi Drop is a little bit in the dramatic side while Baby and I is a little bit in the funny side, in my opinion. And the little difference is that the child in Usagi Drop is six years old while in Baby and I, the child is still an infant.
Both revolve around a young man having the sudden oncoming of responsibilities and a lifestyle situated within parenthood. Though it's not as comical, it still leaves an impact much similar to this movie.
They are both about young guys who are trussed into parenthood. In Usagi Drop the main character decides to take in his very young aunt and in Baby & Me the main character finds out he has a son and must take care of him. Even though the stories are not exactly the same, they do have a similar feeling. Both guys are forced to change their lives to accommodate a child which they grow to love.
These films are soooooo funny. You'll watch them and laugh so hard. what happen to both the protagonists are hilarious and they have serious melt-downs. If you seriously need to have good laugh and you also liked Fasten your seatbelt than watch Baby & I. They're both fantastic. Such a LOL. though be prepared for profanity.

XD
These movies are similar because both have young men some how becoming the caretakers of a baby. The male-leads both struggle with their new found responsibilities as a father and also have romantic side-plots. Overall they both have a similar feel with the comedic elements and feel-good family vibe they share.
