Both are great Japanese dramas that centers around food. Both dramas also have great comedy and bit of romance mixed in. They are dramas that makes you hungry.
Both dramas center around a group of childhood friends who are now in their late 20s/early 30s. The whole group works to support an individual member's dreams. Hungry has a couple love story lines, however Konkatsu is more like a romantic comedy. And most importantly both titles end with exclamation points!
Both of them have to do with food, family, and friends. Both of them are GREAT! So Great! And both of them have the same level of romance. Both have great actors. Both are never boring. And I loved both of them so much!
