Both starring Cha Seung Won and both AMAZING!!! Both of these have great lead actresses and I find the story line in The greatest love to be similar to City Hall on a basic plot line but not similar enough to discourage City Hall fans from getting bored. It was very entertaining!! I believe its a Kdrama MUST SEE!

Political Based Shows
Centered around the arc and growth of the female lead who goes from someone who is under the depth and grows into their roles
Romance with her co-worker
Witty Dialogue and Banter
Father-Son Relationship Quarrels

The plot are totally different but the CHEMISTRY AND LOVE between the leads is so real and not to mention the kissing scenes are just great there is no lip-tighten kisses in these two .. they are the real thing esp in Que Sera Sera.. I sound like a perv now but its true awsome awsome dramas!

Both dramas has the same male lead and their characters also are almost the same (only name of character is different).

Both are political dramas that have women who were elected to high positions. In the case of City Hall, the female lead became the mayor of her city.

Both are really underrated, but still great dramas, that you shouldnt miss. Both are cute, with nice romantic storyline :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Both dramas start off by one of the main characters moving from a big city to a town for work. At the beginning of both dramas, the main leads meet several times because one of them has multiple jobs, which is something that confuses the other. In both shows, the characters' relationship doesn't start off too positively.

The scale (country vs small city) and the tone (political thriller vs romcom melo) differ significantly, but both are politics heavy shows and feature naive, inexperienced and well-meaning protagonists who come into power and succeed despite tough circumstances.

They're not all that similar setting or plot-wise, but they give off the same feeling. City Hall has a little more romance than Partner.

The female leads aren't afraid to go against the status quo and are quirky.

Male leads who can't but help them anyways despite their apprehension at first.

Both centered around law and political topics.

Male lead and female lead both butt heads at times, but they secretly harbor a love for each other.

Both these dramas are filled with a more mature cast and much deeper and interesting characters. They're both very well written and underrated dramas which are set in the workplace type environment but deal a lot with the romance between characters.

Although they're completely different, the part (in Moon River) about the election of the school's spokeperson, reminded me of City Hall: both dramas' female lead wasn't interested in politics, but was convinced to participate in the election.

Romance, Comedy...with politics...they may seem different...but they have the same concept...making people's lives better with politics, making some romance and some big laughs :D

both are "rom/com" dramas starting Kim Sun Ah "who plays hard working aspirant woman" and both are refreshing to watch
