Well that was messy and a let down!

So we have no idea what they did or didn't discuss. Only that the Emperor forced himself onto Peng Peng, and clearly Peng Peng liked it. But is standing by her morals in this matter. Plus, it was great the even though he is the Emperor he apologized.

However, why would the director just cut it out? It's happened before but this is crucial to the plot. Not to mention the fake killing of the mistress and then having about a 1 month gap. One in which the Emperor is being quite crafty.

So he intends to prove that Peng Peng needs him? He doesn't want to hurt her? He understands why she's protecting herself through her actions? -_- It's all very sketchy.

Overall I'm annoyed that the director would choose to cut out him finally directly asking her to tell him the full truth!!! DANG IT!
