The Fire Series 2: Talay Fai (2016)

The actors were amazing, very talented. That being said, the story and plot was frustratingly stupid. They kept investigating something that was so blatantly obvious. I knew from the first few episodes who the bad guys were, but it took the main characters over 10 episodes to get there. Seriously, in what world can an employee verbally and physically assault their superiors and then continue on with their day as if nothing happened? Very unrealistic. I suppose you can watch it for the amazing chemistry between the leads and great acting, but that only goes so far. I don't think I would recommend this to anyone. Sorry :(

How many times can two people be kidnapped, attacked, bombed, left on islands, sent to the hospital each twice. They have so many overbearing family members. People believe rumors that are not even founded and make no sense. How can two people meet and hang out so long but not tell each other their names.
How can a VP and president not realize that maybe other than think each other has something to do with the embezzlement it could be the accountant lady.
How can Tee Chins Mom be forgiven my Pun for all of the shady ass shit she did and all of the slapping. This show thought me one thing Less make up- Nang ek More Make up- Nang rai
But seriously and 16 episodes of what??Tee chin saying Pun needs to be safe no I will protect Pun no Pun needs to be safe drama.
Lol Dow despite it being poorly written CH7 has found a new IT couple.
Mik is gorgeous and so is Stephany
They look amazing together and share an amazing chemistry
They are the saving grace of this awfully written show.

If it's not because of the 2 couples, I've definitely dropped this drama after 5 episodes. They keep repeating again and again the same plot. The conflict they script for the main couple is like a circle, keep going then rolling back to the same spot which drives me crazyyyyyy. Their love story is also not written smoothly enough some important milestones are missing, like it gives me the feeling of "how that become this, or how they end up being like this when one minute ago they were like that,etc". So yeah the only thing that keeps me hooked on this drama is Mick-Steph chemistry, every moment they're together every skinship scences make my heart beat so fast. Really guys I just love them as a couple T.T

Great scenery

The best character in this lakorn was the setting, the rest not so much.
Mick's acting was frustratingly wooden, he's thankfully gotten better, and Stephanie's character ranged alternatively from stupidly brave to weak and the mother was a bat$hit crazy psycho.
It had a lot of wasted potential due to WAY too much over acting and characters too slow to figure out what's happening around them.
I usually finish dramas of this length in about a month, this took me a year.
If you are a fan of either lead I saw watch it, otherwise there are better dramas to see
