Blood (2015)

The tags, "Action, Comedy, Medical, Melodrama, Romance, Suspense, Vampire" might be tagged wrongly. This drama is not for someone who expects a lot of romance or comedy, it have some elements in the drama but it's not big enough to someone who wants to watch it for the romance or comedy factor.
The Gu Hye Seon's portrayal of her character wasn't good, it was unstable. Despite problems here and there, I actually ENJOYED watching the drama. It was great for me, I finished the series in 2 days. I also liked how the antagonist is revealed quite early in the series unlike other dramas where protagonist reveals the antagonist and takes him/her down. But overall the drama has lots of flaws and un-stability. Lots of questions arises from the last episode but, true to one of the tags, the drama kept us at suspense.
I really quite enjoyed this show, it made me tear up at some part. Do give it a try especially if you enjoy mystery show, but don't try it if you don't like rushed or vague or ambiguous ending.

I saw some synopsis and review of the last episode with questions like who or what or how(etc), did Ahn Jae Hyeon's character Park Ji Sang appear again? Is it his doppelganger (etc) or something? But isn't it because like what Doctor Jung said? That there's a possibility that Park Ji Sang can live without a heart. Well, there's many unknown factors and unstable part to the show, but, generally I quite enjoyed it.

DO YOU LIKE CRYING

This show is honestly hit or miss so I understand where people come form when they said they hate it or they like it. I'm not a huge fan of fantasy or supernatural but I thoroughly enjoyed this show, probably mainly because I like that they're a couple in real life but also because the chemistry was dope between the leads. The good people are really good and you grow to love them and the bad people are well really bad and you grow to hate them basically. A lot of the show is a little confusing but honestly, it's entertaining for the aspect of just watching it and also to let time pass by so honestly all in all, I liked the show. It was pretty worth it. It's cliche in the romance and throw back story but it's also cool with the whole vampire supernatural and antidote type stuff ya know. I liked it, see for yourself though. I bawled my eyes out in the end bruh.

It wasn't terrible, but.. Not great. In terms of acting, I understand how most people felt about the acting of the leads. However, I feel like their character fits in with their role, considering that almost all of them seemed to be such cold (& sometimes stiff) characters. Plot line was definitely interesting too - people started asking about the drama because the plot line was so interesting. But with how I feel about this drama, now that it's over, is that I feel sad indeed, but with this ending I also feel relieved. Yet there are still many questions that need to be answered, & I don't like having hanging questions because it indicates some plot holes.

no es lo que esperaba

Cuando vi una historia de un vampiro que trabaja como médico dije...va a ser una trama genial. Y además, los protagonistas fueron matrimonio así que pensé...seguro que explotan de química...Bueno ni una cosa ni la otra. La historia comienza bien pero a la mitad se estanca...matan a un personaje innecesariamente y el final...qué porquería. Cómo que el vampiro se muere? como que ella después viaja a kochenia y se encuentra con un nuevo ¿vampiro? que tiene bigotes y eso lo hace acordar a él. Nos quieren demostrar que el vampiro reencarno ? o que ese va a ser su nuevo amor?

Porque la vicedirectora del hospital era tan mala? qué quería conseguir? se consiguió cura para los vampiros? entiendo que no, si en kochenia seguía habiendo. Malísimo

A pesar de que los vampiros nunca me han llamado demasiado la atención tengo que confesar que la trama de Blood prometía. Un vampiro convertido en cirujano tiene su atractivo, ¿no? Sabes que las cosas en algún punto se saldrán de control y quieres estar ahí para atestiguar la guerra.

El problema que tuve con esta serie es que jamás sentí que despegara. Allá por el episodio 6 ó 7 llegó a su cima y de ahí la caída fue estrepitosa. La trama queda estancadísima entre los malos malísimos y los buenos buenísimos. En las aras de una comedia esto no tendría problema, pero en el género dramático eso ya raya la grosería. Las personas (y los vampiros) no son sólo blanco y negro; carente de matices y profundidad. Si los haces así puedes llegar a aburrir a la audiencia.

La estructura de los personajes me pareció terrible, faltos de empatía y medio robóticos, casi justificados por las jerarquías del hospital. Sin embargo, no ha habido drama médico que me deje con esa sensación de vacío ante la poco profundidad de sus protagonistas. Por eso no me siento nada confiada en criticar el nivel actoral de Ahn Jae Hyun ni de Koo Hye Sun, porque sus personajes no hay ni por dónde tomarlos. A ella no la había visto actuar antes, pero a Ahn Jae Hyun sí, en "You're all Surrounded" donde su personaje dice tres diálogos por capítulos y la mayoría son malos. Así que mis expectativas no eran tampoco muchas.

Quizá el mejor ha sido Ji Jin Hee como el doctor Lee Jae Wook, que es un pedazo de actor hecho y derecho; veterano y con una carrera ya consolidada, pero cuyo papel de villano se queda cortísimo ante él. Otra actriz a la que admiro muchísimo es Jin Kyung (que en Pinocchio y It's Okay, That's Love era maravillosa), pero tampoco hay mucho que resaltar de su personaje, ensombrecido por la sumisión que le otorgaba su puesto.

A juzgar por las reseñas que estoy leyendo, es un drama bastante dividido, entre quienes lo aman y quienes lo odian. Yo aconsejaría darle oportunidad a los primeros episodios y ver hacia donde apunta el camino.
