Wont be airing at all due to actor was accused of support the jap
after his photo showed Japanese ??? temple, actor was banned from singing, acting, and all his works were deleted, banned, etc. This is communism.Fortunately this historical series based on my family legend wont be airing at all. I was looking forward for 2 years now.
I found that it won't be showing because of politics. We can't protest the Chinese Communist. The acting guild is too powerful that they can determine a person future. I will take over China and set a new empire.
I will be the new Emperor after Wu Zi Tian
What is your point of view on this?

Indeed, it's a classic case of the "right person but wrong timing" scenario.
As the narrative progresses, Kang Ha, the primary male character, is depicted harboring sentiments for Jeong Jae-i, the female lead, albeit she is emotionally invested in another principal character. This dynamic poignantly illustrates the anguish of unrequited affection, providing a quintessential portrayal of the adage "right person, wrong timing" within the drama's framework.Questa recensione ti è stata utile?

Oh my
This series had potential, but it was just way too messy, too much loop holes, no solid plot/story line. A lot of questionable & unanswered scenarios, it’s like throwing 3 different stories & combining it as one the squeezing it out in a short 7 episode series, it lacked so much on the foundation of the story line, shifting from issues at school, family, power but it all seemed pointless because there weren’t any solid plot to begin with. The FL’s half brother is such a psychopath even with the way he smiles, laugh etc. The series could have done better too bad it was all too messy. but since it’s a short series it was bearable to finish in one sitting, but I had so many questions… acting wasn’t so bad but it was really a bad writing.
They could’ve at least shown a better backbone of the story, instead it was all over the place, Pyramid Game was top tier not just for the excellent acting, but somehow there was a solid story behind it, that made you anxious to know what would happen next. I feel bad because hierarchy had so much potentional, but for some good point I like the chemistry between the 2 ML with the FL it’s there & it was pleasant in the eyes, but that’s about it.
The FL’s best friend was so pathetic & annoying, she was very shallow & too self absorbed. But she had her good points too don’t get me wrong, slapping the hell out of her best friends half brother was so rewarding! and she somehow showed that she values their friendship, and for that I like her. it goes to show how effective her acting was because I felt so many emotions seeing her throughout the 7 episodes.
The FL could’ve reached out to her BF I mean after seeing their sweet past why can’t she just be upfront with him, her reasoning not wanting him to get tainted and be on a bad light is bull tbh. Now that I’m writing more I’m getting more and more frustrated because they could’ve done so much better for this series aaghhhhh, The teacher who had an affair with the student looks & acts psycothic too!
I should stop, there’s so much more I would like to point out but it’s just upsetting, but if you have the time go watch it it was really bearable, it’s not like those other series that you dislike and instantly drop, Too bad this series, Hiearchy lacks a lot…

Cliche but amazing casting
6.5 might be a bit high but I did enjoy it.The story is insanely flat and dull for what it is, however the cast made it work. I found their acting amazing enough to enjoy the drama.
While giving similar vibes as Sky Castle, and Penthouse, and all the other dramas revolving around wealthy children with bullying all over, Hierarchy falls behind with the lacking plot. Everything was handled very simply and contain little complexity but I guess that isn’t a horrible thing.
As lacking as the plot is, there is one thing I enjoyed and that is the emotional intelligence the characters had, and the cast potrayed it amazingly. The main rich kids didn’t have a clear, straight goal from the start, however, their emotional development was clear. The 4 of them had a great relationship with each other and having known each other for a long time, their bond shows to an extent. Their actions do not scream high school at all, and I almost forgot that they were in high school - but their emotions were clear signs as they all show development in that aspect throughout the show. My favourite character development has to be Hera’s as she truly considered Jaei as a best friend but simply didn’t feel she got treated right, and despite her father’s business going down, she didn’t lash out on him but took their situation as is which changed her mindset towards scholarship students, all while reflecting on her friendship with Jaei.
The main stars of this drama for me were the supporting characters! Inhan and Han Jisoo (teacher) played small parts but they had strong impact on the story, most specially Inhan as his character was insanely potrayed well.
Kim Ha’s fluctuating emotions was one of the biggest dislikes with this as his character was full of uncertainty and made so much things frustrating. His goal and background was predictable but Chaemin is hot so its okay
Aesthetic wise, this drama did amazing. The cinematography was amazingly done.
At one point I thought it would take a similar route as Class of Lies and Solomon’s Perjury but it didn’t which bummed me as those 2 dramas were amazing.
This review seems like such an amazing praise but the story is empty and I found other reasons to enjoy it hahaha

The acting was amazing
I went in with high expectations and enjoyed every episode. The writing was good but not great. The acting from the MAIN characters carried this show and that's ok.It was really great to see the characters develop and grow from start to finish. People have to remember this is a highschool setting. They're going to have flaws, make mistakes and possibly forgive.
The story started out about revenge but if you kept an open mind and paid attention it was a story about love and growth. There are so many types of love and it's displayed beautifully throughout the show.
Only thing I would've changed was the ending but I understand why it ended that way.

Too painful to watch
I’m usually hesitant to watch Thai bl, the acting, the plot doesn’t do it for me. However I’ve watched some that are actually good, could even rewatch them. This series is just too painful to watch. Everyone’s acting is cringe asf and all over the place. I get it’s fiction but they try to act a bit like normal people. I know somethings are meant as comic relief but no, it’s a no for me.

Over-advertised?
As you can see, I dropped this title at 1 episodes, so it might be a hasty judgement. Please take a look at my bio to find out my standards for a 10/10 drama.I first heard of this drama when it was advertised on some broadcasting station's Instagram. Since I'm a drama guru and I love watching dramas as they air, I decided to try it out. The first thing that stood out to me was the editing and camerawork. It gave me 2011 K-drama vibes (aka "Dream High" camerawork and setting). [Edit: Xena Ng in the comments told me that 'It has 2011 Kdrama vibes because it's a daily drama ! There are still many family/daily dramas airing nowadays and they always use the family old style of camerawork to film their dramas, it's different from your usuals.'] The first "hook" scene was VERY unappealing. As for the cast, I don't think I am at a position in the drama to judge yet. Finally, as I was dropping this title on MDL, I saw the amount of episodes (100) and immediately decided it wasn't for me.
Overall, DO NOT RECCOMEND you to try unless you are bored out of your mind. I would suggest re-watching that drama that you've already watched a billion times instead of starting this.

I honestly loved the series. I just finished it and I can defintely see myself going back to rewatch it.I am aware of people's reviews but personally I had such a fun time watching and it made me fall in love with the characters too.The plot wasn't exactly heavy and had not much to look forward to but I guess it depends on everyone's own preferences. Another disappointing DMBJ series
SO disappointed in this one. It joins Sand Seas as one of the worst DMBJ adaptations out there, and like that one it’s entirely due to terrible miscasting and equally terrible characterization. Wu Xie is by far the worst—I love that actor, but he is a terrible fit for this role and the writing of the character is embarrassingly bad. Pangzi is also badly cast (and again, nothing against the actor). It was impossible to even get through the first episode because a bad story can improve, but bad casting and characterization is irredeemable. I genuinely can’t imagine why any DMBJ fans like it other than the painfully excessive and obvious Pingxie and Heihua pandering.Questa recensione ti è stata utile?

Is it "hilarious" to watch 65 olds acting like 5 olds OUTSIDE a retirement home?
There IS a difference between Channel 3 and Channel 7 (not just in the number of episodes), plus I just dropped another lakorn with Ko Vasin (whose girly face I cannot stand much) where he was "yapping at each other as soon as they met each other" with 6 years younger and not so pretty girl, so honestly I don't find much difference. Call me biased but next time there is a lakorn with him in the lead I shall drop it BEFORE first episode not after.I took a look what else this lakorn has to offer (meaning should I skip all Ko Vasin, what's left in there?) and nothing caught my interest. It's like even the veterans (Duangta, Pu Montree) here dropped their acting to second rate... I mean, they are sixty-five, not five.
I'm afraid the first "funeral episode" means a funeral to this series: I quit watching right after it and I'm so glad to get out of this.

Worst choice of main actors
Who.. on earth came out with an idea that main lead actress can pull off being 15 year old, while a beautiful woman she looks 40ish, ruins the whole series for me. I mean seriously, in one of the most populated countries in the world could not find an actress in 16 to 20 range to give this part to? Generals right hand person is a female, a good looking one at that-as if, it would have happened , with hundrerds of sex starved men around.×********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

Stop with the voice overs!
I stopped watching this one 20 min into the first episode when I realized they use voice dubs. I find it incredibly tacky, not to mention an insult to the actors that they don't use their actual voices. If I want to see a particular actor, I want to hear their actual voice! Do they think we just won't notice that it's not their voice? It's incredibly obvious and it looks bad. It ruins the drama for me. I love Luo Yunxi's work but I refuse to watch any drama that doesn't use the actual actor's voice.Questa recensione ti è stata utile?

Smut but vanilla
From episode 1 with political undertones looks like a glorified smut story.I can't help think of Mulan's story after reading the synopsis but after seeing all the toxic masculinity in the first episode and knowing the Main FL is being set up with her roommate as a romantic interest who literally tried to kidnap a woman just because he liked her made me want to scratch my eyes out. While this may be acceptable in some cultures and the setting of the drama looks like it's from an important part of Chinese history but the toxicity of men playing soldiers is not worth burning my brain cells over.

The casting feels wrong on other levels, too. Aum Patcharapa's "fiancee" is portrayed by 10 years younger actor who doesn't look much compatible with her. The main villain (Pete Thongchua) has a weird face like some mishap surgery and cannot act. Once again in unimportant side-role there is the charming Pym Pympan, who by the way is same age as Aum Patcharapa, yet doesn't have her perfectly ironed "forever young" face, therefore I am more at ease looking at her.
I watched (and am still watching;) many trashy lakorns. But I'm afraid this trash doesn't deserve reproach, it deserves to be IGNORED. Therefore, I'm done with this by 1 episode. I forfeit seeing Mik's "hot real kisses" with his plastic aunty... I know, there definitely will be some reviews praising it and calling it "chemistry":D Well, it is a victory of surgery advancement of our times:) And let's not forget many MDL users ARE the korean drama lovers (which is like the plastic surgery kingdom:) So don't mind me.
