Nearly the same story-line. Both time-travel dramas where the heroe has to either adapt himself to ancient times or/and keep the history on the right path.
Both drama has a possessive and abusive male lead.
(Mo Shaoqian) from SWAK Is a little kind towered the female lead and (Kawee) from SB is just very very cruel another thing is that the female lead in SB Is stronger than the other from SWAK Who`s naive and weak.

both are dark comedies with the "on the run from the yakuza with stolen money" plot. The main characters are likeable but the real entertainment comes from the amusing antics of the "bad guys".
they are both dark movies and tearjerkers at the same time, if you liked this movie you probably would like to watch this too, good movie, good casting, perfect movie, maybe you will be confused with this movie but it makes sense when you watch it, based on another real case.
They have similar theme although "Han Gong Ju" is way darker, but both are real cases so you should watch it, pretty good movie, the actress won the blue dragon award for this movie, this movie is indie but it became pretty known, this case is more shocking.
Both lakorns have the same main actress, Vill, and have really nice and VERY handsome praek as love interests. :) Vill is an amazing actress, she plays total different characters in these two lakorns, yet they are hilarious. In Leh Nangfah there is a funny cat (besides the "bird"), while in Dok Ruk Rim Tang there is a "talking" dog.
Both share the same story line, in Himitsu the mother died and then come back in her daughter's body.
Kinda give same vibe as show is about noona dongsaeng love story..
both portray a teacher's struggle to help his students dream in the rough provinces.
Both share the Same atmosphere and the same Female Lead (Yoon Jung Hee) her personality in Dear Heaven Is More stronger and less of a very quite type female lead both share a realistically built relationships and also in both drama the main 2 couples rarely quarrel with each other but in (Dear Heaven) the two main couple are so much better in term of mutual understanding.
They both deal with the same subject matter of maids and Oh Ji Ho is in both :D
both a bit supernatural, both main actors are hot & both couples have great chemistry.
Good actors and a story a bit out of this world, in "you who came from the stars" the male lead is an alien, in "secret garden" it is like "freaky Friday"
poor girl meets rich guy in high school, and you can see amazing Lee Min Ho and some spoiled hotties
