They both have a similar comedic feel while the main basis of the plot being on the romance itself. Similarly, you can find both have an interesting love triangle relationships.

Both movies have a lgbt theme. No Regrets with gay prostitution, while Night Flight deals with bullying. They're both beautiful movies.

Both have a thief and a police falling in love, otherwise they are different. In my opinion, Catch Me is better than CofF2.

All of the Reply series and You Are the Apple of My Eye have that certain nostalgic factor; they're all beautiful, hilarious, clever, coming-of-age stories. You can't help but grow attached to the cast as you experience several moments with them--from their school years, to their first heart breaks, all the way up until they're finally adults and working their butts off. These stories both have a slight melancholic feel, precisely because of how eerily relatable and realistic the challenges they face seem to be.

I think if you enjoyed watching Reply 1988, you'll especially love You Are the Apple of My Eye and the similar message that it tries to convey. I think You Are the Apply of My Eye is just slightly more light-hearted and has a more crude humor

Both themes are the lives of the servants who wait on the nobility, "The Confidant" in the Qing era of China and "Maids" in the Joseun era of Korea. Both dramas have nobles falling from grace and servants whose lives intertwine with those of their masters.

Both of the dramas deal with letting go and moving on, and both of them give you feels. Both are slice-of-life. Both main characters are young adults who live with an older person.

Candy House reminded me a lot of going my home. Neither of these dramas focus on a direct story line, rather both of the dramas focus more on delivering the feels through the way it's filmed, the atmosphere of the show, the touching music, it's slow pace, and it's slice-of-life existentalism.

both are sort of six degrees of separation stories. One takes place on April Fools day and the other during Christmas holiday

Both dramas give that pleasure to enjoy smart, funny, psychologically deep and breathtaking love story. Main characters are smart, in their early 30s. Main actors/actresses are great and acted great.
Stories are totally different, each of the dramas has it's own taste and style. But they both are pieces of art - good work of filming teams.
These two are my fav dramas, the best of Korean, and the best of Taiwanese.

The plot is mainly about revenge , but in Healer the revenge part is developed within the episodes and not from the beggining. It gives the same vibe and the lead female is the same in both dramas.

These are completely different plot-wise, but they leave you with a similar feel and strong message. In both dramas, the leads fall for each other while the female lead helps the male face his fears and overcome emotional issues from childhood, and the male lead helps to break down her guarded emotional walls. Plus the supporting cast in both are just as lovable! Add some gif-able comedic scenes and squeal-worthy bromances and you've got a couple of dramas worthy of a 10 star rating IMHO! If you like one then you're sure to like the other.
