Although these two are set in different time periods, they both are detective shows with an almost sherlock holmes & poirot feel to it. I think if you like one, you will likely like the other, and therefore I'd reccommend.
These two dramas are pretty similar. They're both set in & around the same time period, both detective dramas, similar episode lengths, and cases usually take about 3 episodes to solve. in all in all, if you like detective L, you'll likely like young blood as well
Both are romantic films that involved two people from different timelines. However, 'Tomorrow I Will Date With Yesterday’s You' is different in a way that things happened on each characters' modern time while on 'Moments of Love' their romance occurred on different eras, and their story had antagonists.
Both dramas revolve around the law where the leads work as a lawyer or a prosecutor.
The female leads in both dramas are not the typical people to find in the job as they are very fashion forward (aaaaand both of them love the color pink). They both have a great memory but are somewhat airheads which makes their work hard in the beginning. The male leads in both dramas help the female leads out and they, of course, fall in love with each other.

When the sister commits suicide, the other sister will take revenge on the person who is responsible for her death.
They both have very intelligent male leads who suffer from short term memory.Which eventually leaves them in a very grave situation where they have to finish somethings before they forget everything. They might be a little different in the way the romance progresses or results in but in the end they are visa verca for recommendation.
Con artists and prosecutors fighting together for the greater good.
While Player focuses on action and swindling, Switch focuses on swindling and the prosecution.

both dramas have a personage that have troubles to feel and express emotions. also they are about prosecutors, although in He is Psychometric this is not the main lead.
Another emotionally devastating arthouse-quality movie that avoids drama cliches and involves romance with girl who has disability.
They both involve a person dying and going into another persons body. Both people learn new things after they “died”.
This is the movie that is from my understanding, the next part of the story. Some parts from the drama are mentioned in the movie.
They both have the same directing and have the same actor, Mr. Jiro.
The same style of comedy.

Relationship between the main couple has similar feeling (a bit like brother&sister, lots of playful teasing, not too much drama).
