When a Man's In Love has the same type of elements of a Gangster who struggles to balance is lifestyle with love. If you like a melodrama with the theme a topsy turvy struggle of good vs. evil then this one is for you.

One drama and one movie, both based on the same story. The drama which has more details and more characters involved. The movie more condensed but more extravagant in terms of sets, costumes, etc.

Both include couples with an older woman and a younger man. Their age difference is very similar in both dramas! Also, both are very witty and sweet.

Both have lots of action. All In is a Korean mafia Godfather drama starring Lee Byung Hun and Song Hye Kyo. It's excellent but most people don't know about it since it was produced in 2003.

they both have a similar disease (one that affects the motoric nerves). Slowly but surely everything will be taken away from them (to be able to walk, eat, talk, ...). Though there is no available cure, the 2 of them try to live there live the fullest instead of wallowing in despair.

Though the problems in these dramas are the same (sickness, love, friendship, family, work/school), they both have their unique storyline.

Both dramas are short and funny love stories. The main boys characters are idols.
And their love stories are very hard and with secrets to keep.

Both of them is about a doctor who is obsessed to success and dreams to become hospital director.
Both main character in two dramas (kim myung min and shin ha kyun) is a skillful and arrogant doctor but have good heart inside them.
Brain is mainly around neurosurgery department while white tower in heart surgery department.
However, the situation, and the way of struggling is different for both dramas.
There is a nice love story in brain but no love story focused in white tower.

Just like 49 Days, the main theme surrounding Rooftop Prince involved scheming, greed and theft of property/money.

Both shows focuses on the struggle of the MC in terms of finding out that the people closest to them were the ones who hated them the most. However, they each don't find it out directly as themselves.

I think it's really enjoyable just as 49 Days and it both captures the theme powerfully in a sense.
