I'll edit/update this once I finish Cute Programmer, but so far, here are some similarities:
- ML attracted to FL at first sight
- ML is great in his field and is actually a kind person
- FL is very capable at her job but is also very craing (and while she likes ML a lot, she is still independent)
- There is a sibling-bestfriend Second CP
- Takes a while for main CP to admit that they like each other
- Also at the end of each/most episode, they little monologues (so its has a dash of that nostalgic/learn-from-life vibe)

- Very cute scenes
- ML falls for FL first
- Second couple vibe/interaction is very alike (except SFL is more clumsy in YASS and SFL is more like a queen in UL)
- ML is public figure (Weibo gossips about him)
- FL is relatively new to her job but is still good at it

- Contract marriage due personal family reasons (the CEO lead picked the other)
- Super cute kid involved (except UL has kid throughout entire drama)
- FL is smart and unbothered by those who try to fight her
- One of the leads is a CEO, other is a doctor
- Grow to love each other (even the CEO lead doesn't fully like the other before contract marriage)

- Editor-writer relationship / first and second leads have book publishing jobs
- Co-habitation of main leads
- FL has very bubbly and innocent personality (but not completely naive)
- ML is kinda sassy
- Has competing publishing house
- No major misunderstandings between main CP

SIMILARITIES:
- ML and FL have a mature relationship
- ML and FL are career-focused and driven
- ML and FL are in different careers/fields (one is doctor)
- drama contains some sort of disaster-response scene/mini plot
- head-of-department in the hospital has some previous history with a side character that had misunderstandings which were amended later

DIFFERENCES:
- TCoL has hella toxic characters and focuses on character development while YAMH doesn't really
- YAMH second CP is consistent comedic relief

- ML has an ego, always says mean things but is actually sweet
- ML is well-known and praised in his industry
- FL is a newcomer but tries her best and is good at her job
- FL is sweet and understanding but will not compromise
- ML and FL work together and start living together
- There is some sabotage in the workplace and there is a major competing company
- ML and FL originally had a misunderstanding
- ML quite obviously starts liking FL first (at least from the viewer's POV)

Now that I think of it the vibes (esp of the main cp) are really the same for both...can't believe I only now realized. You will definitely like the other if you liked this drama. LIS is on my top 5 of 2020 and Moonlight is on my top 5 of 2021. Second CP is completely opposite though.

Similarities:
- author-editor relationship (in SITT FL is copy editor)
- FL is bubbly and passionate
- ML is egotistic
- ML has broken relationship with father and father is a great writer

Differences:
- SITT is much more dark, slower paced, focused on character development
- SITT ML is more immature (although ML in Moonlight isn't very mature either)

- FL starts off to believe that she is cursed
- in MG: when FL heart rate raises, she sleeps; in MCWML: when ML heart rate raises, he gives electricity
- ML's ex-gf is cool

- Both have main characters that can give out a "charge"
- FL is independent, works (or worked) multiple jobs
- FL parents passed
- tbh the main cp of Fall in Love is more like the second cp of MCWML

- ML and FL were childhood friends
- ML bullied FL before (but actually had a crush)
- FL is independent and smart
- ML is cold, liked by other girls bc he's handsome

I only made this connection when I wrote my review for ShuKe & TaoHua:
Both have a strong character base and very slow character development.
They also have a similar length so hang tight LOL.
I know there are many differences in the storyline, don't come at me. But if you appreciated a handful of multi-dimensional characters, then you might enjoy the recommendation (disclaimer: FL of Shuke & TaoHua is pretty 1-D at first).
Also, I really appreciate these dramas covering the typical Asian family dynamic: there may be some seemingly toxic behavior going on but ultimately, family is the strongest bond. You can disagree with that statement but that's how it really be for some people.

I've only watched a part of First Love It's you, its giving me You Are So Sweet vibes. FLIY is VERY short though.
