Sick of mainstream series? Try these

Watching this 5 years later after it was aired, made me wonder why I haven't heard about it back in 2016 but, even if I did, I'm sure I wouldn't have appreciated it enough at the time. 

If you're currently watching only the "go, don't go"love stories that korea has to offer, this might not be for you. It's a really warm drama, focused more on friendship, family and rediscovering oneself than the youthful dramatic way of love that we're used to watch. For the record, I cried almost every episode because the acting and emotions were so intense. This is one for the heart, I strongly suggest you watch it sometime in your life

This one didn't even finish airing but I can already say it's the best series that I've watched this year. I've been waiting for so  long for a good genuine love story but this surpassed all  my expectations. Great acting, great story, great everything. I'm counting the days to the next episode and it's been SO long since I've felt this way
