1. Moorim School
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
The fact that this drama is still on this list is pure nostalgia from my first days in Dramaland. During so long it was my favorite, that I couldn't forget it like it was nothing. It's still one of my favorites and will always be , there are two of my favorites actors in the dramas, I like the story that is pretty original in Kdramas. Even if it's not perfect i loved it. I completely understand that there's long moments or plot holes that annoy a lot of people but i can't help it i love Moorim School X)

2. Graceful Family
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
This drama definitely is an outlier from my typical type but I love it even more because of it. Surprisingly (or not) I hate politics in Kdramas and obviously starting a drama that involves politics as the main plot may not be the smartest thing now that I look back on it... But I loved it. The two main leads are a major reason why but somehow I also loved the over-the-top plot twists and storylines that came with it.

3. D-Day
Korean Drama - 2015, 20 episodes
Oh my god, I love this drama! The whole plot is just so addictive, I didn't felt like it was too long at all. In fact, if there were a few more episodes I would have been happier XD. I loved all the character, most of them were really loveable (Yeah most of them, they're always a few assholes in the group X))
Especially the two main leads. Lee Hae-Sung is one of my favorite characters in dramaland I think. His character development is one of my favorite. He goes through so much during the drama, but he does not give up. He really fight all drama long just to heal patients facing consequences for doing his job :-: And when he broke after the loss of one patient even though he saved all the other ones, I honestly felt so bad for him. He is such a good doctor and person in general

4. You Who Came from the Stars
Korean Drama - 2013, 21 episodes
It's a pure classic, honestly, it's my favorite out of all the classics. It's just the perfect rom-com for me. There's everything I want in a good Rom-Com. The ost is a gem. Plus the couple is one of my favorites, they got chemistry and they slay all of their comedic scenes together. Their dynamic is literally so funny, and Jun Ji-Hyun is honestly the funniest of all the characters in there. She got me laughing to tears! If there's a Kdrama classic I recommend Its this one !

5. Crash Landing on You
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
This is probably my second comfort drama. In a year I watched it so many times already and not once I was bored. I know it's not really a drama that invents and tries new things. But the thing is, it works so well. The support characters are really funny and loveable. The two main couples have killer chemistry and I loved all of their scenes. The story is not boring even once They literally made me laugh and bawl my eyes out like a baby it's ridiculous X)
I also love the post-credits scenes in every episode. It's a great way to add content without breaking the rhythm of the drama

6. Hospital Playlist
Korean Drama - 2020, 12 episodes
Hospital Playlist became my comfort drama. Now everytime i don't know what to watch or when i'm sad, i just put an episode and smile :). Everything is so warm, the characters are all really loveable, they all have their own charms, and everyone can find a character that is similar to himself. The story is really chill, honestly it's all i want from this drama. (Also The ost suits the drama so well)
The whole drama just radiates a warm feeling. It's chill, calm, rassuring.

7. It's Okay to Not Be Okay
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Ok, so this drama is an absolute favorite. While people started it because of Kim Soo-Hyun I was here for the love of my life aka Seo Ye-Ji. I'm pretty sure, that had she not been a part of the cast for this drama, I wouldn't have been so excited and may not have even watched it.
It's the first drama where each and every single week I was in front of my PC for the new episodes. The story was good, and the supporting and main cast did a wonderful job, especially the actor playing Sang-Tae. The scenes between him and his brother got me to tears because of their good acting and when you add Seo Ye-Ji into the mix you are sure to make me bawl my eyes out. The OST was also wonderful, and very engaging and I believe they made it all to my playlists.
Honestly looking back on it, I'm pretty sure the reason I love this drama so much is because of my huge (absolutely ginormous) bias for it even before it aired. Like when I say Seo Ye-Ji is my favorite actress I am not kidding X). I was determined to love this drama from the moment It started and the fact that it was still a very good drama ensured that it became a favorite.

8. The Untamed
Chinese Drama - 2019, 50 episodes
Best BL! Even if there aren't any kisses or hugs, I love this couple with all my heart. I fell in love with this story, those characters, and their development during the story (especially Wei Ying not gonna lie) After the drama I read the novel, the webtoon, and saw the anime. In fact, this drama made me discover one of my favorite fandoms. Then after the anime, I watched the drama again and I enjoyed it even more. Knowing all the details and the world-building make you understand more the whole drama and not get lost so In the end I was even more invested than the first time
Plus the OST is a pure gem.

9. Hyena
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
This is to me, the best law drama. I have watched quite a few of them and though I generally like them, none made it to the top of my favorites yet this one did. As a book-lover, I love a good morally grey character, and safe to say there were in this drama. You could even consider them villains, I mean they are definitely assholes but that didn't stop me from loving the characters. The two leads had killer chemistry despite the very, very few kiss scenes. This feels like a romance between two adults with actual experience in relationships.
It's very refreshing to watch something like this when you're used to the typical rom-com where they hold hands in episode 12. (Not that I don't like it though)

10. Chicago Typewriter
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
The best aesthetic in this drama. I just loves what this drama radiates. The past of our 3 main characters is just the best thing. In fact if there was a whole drama with only their past i would watch it and i'm sure it would be my fav. I think these Ost are my favorite in dramaland. The ML is *chief kiss*

11. The Uncanny Counter
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
I love found families. I think it is obvious considering most of my favorite dramas have a dynamic similar to a found family. Moreover, I love action and fantasy.
It is safe to say, this drama was pretty much made for me. The drama takes the time to make us attached to each and every one of our four main characters. You really root for them
It was fun and yet it made me cry. It was cute yet it showed the reality of their powers. I love it and I can't wait for the season 2

12. Vincenzo
Korean Drama - 2021, 20 episodes
I am a sucker for bad guys, mafia, and vengeance. You may think I am terribly Mentally Ill and to that, I say you couldn't be more correct.
What can I say other than this drama has everything to be as popular as it is? It is fun, action-packed, and full of plot-twist, with a cute af romance and a found family (Lmao there really is a pattern among my favorites)
Also, can we talk about Han Seo for a second? Love you baby, a ray of sunshine among the Babel group.
Anyway, Vincenzo is a badass, I love him. My man really works for Karma. Inc because he never misses with his vengeance plans. And I loved how Chae-Young slowly became more morally grey as time passed by. I mean I really love a power couple.

13. Our Beloved Summer
Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes
A surprise I didn't expect to like it that much. I haven't watched many second-chance love stories in dramas but I love it in books. When it's done correctly these plotlines are so painful but so sweet, I live for it.
This was the case for Choi Ung and Yeon Soo. I love them so much I watched it a second time like a week after I finished the drama because I missed them
Also, the OST is a gem. Obviously, I am an Army so I love V, but I didn't know he sang an OST in the drama when I started so imagine my surprise when I hear the voice of my bias-Wrecker X)

14. Hospital Playlist 2
Korean Drama - 2021, 12 episodes
Season two of my comfort drama and I get everything I had wanted in the first season. I love how they didn't rush relationships between characters just for the sake of having the whole 'storyline' wrapped into a nice little bow at the end of season one.

15. Shopping King Louie
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
As I am writing this I kind off realize that this may be the only stereotypical rom-com in this list despite me mainly watching this genre. Weird but let's move on.
This is a very cute, and pretty cliché romance story with plots such as amnesia, rich-CEO x Poor-Girl, cohabitation, love triangle, and such But I love it.
Seo In-Guk truly amazes me as an actor. How can he play such a cutie and then go on to play a character like 'The smile has left your eyes'? He is a very good actor indeed.
Anyway, as you may expect this drama is funny and cute, and lovely. I know it is not a perfect drama but I can't help but smile every time I think about it. Everyone has that classic rom-com favorite that next to other favs is a little bit out of place but in the watcher's heart, is just in its place. To me, King Shopping Louie is this drama

16. Happiness
Korean Drama - 2021, 12 episodes

17. Il diario della mia libertà
Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes
