The best dramas of 2024 (highly subjective)

2024 is slowly approaching its end and I don't think I'll end up watching any dramas produced this year that would top these 5 titles. 

The On1y One is my number one, but Born for the Spotlight is a very strong second place. 

In Between was the biggest surprise, because I usually struggle to even finish a modern cdrama. 

I was not entirely sold on Love in the Big City at first, but gradually, somewhere around episode 4 I started really seeing its charm. 

And then Love is Better the Second Time Around is just such a lovely, well executed, nicely wrapped-up story of adult romance - what's not to like about it?

Honourable mention: Ayaka is in Love with Hiroko! While it's not the best thing ever, it's very different to other GL dramas that I've watched and I enjoyed its sweet, cheerful vibe quite much.
