My favorite BL series
This is just my list of favorites. I've watched more movies than you can imagine and have been a film festival reviewer for over a decade. We call it the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, because you never know what you're going to see next.
Here I've tried to rank the series that I have found the most meaningful for one reason or another.
There may be adjustments as I add more series to my completed list.

1. Until We Meet Again
Thai Drama - 2019, 17 episodes
I rarely cry over a film or TV series. This one got to me.
I've learned quite a bit how "fans" watch something on TV these days. They play with their phones or have other distractions so they miss much of what is going on and then complain that it's a bad show, without taking into account the fact that they didn't really watch it. This serie in particular rewards those who pay close attention.

2. He's Coming To Me
Thai Drama - 2019, 8 episodes
Who starts a BL story in a graveyard? That said, this is a very moving story with some unexpected twists.
-
3. I Told Sunset About You
Thai Drama - 2020, 5 episodes
This is graceful storytelling. The story seems to float along of its own accord. That's one sign of a master craftsman at work.
-
4. Dark Blue Kiss
Thai Drama - 2019, 12 episodes
-
5. Sotus: The Series
Thai Drama - 2016, 15 episodes
I think this may have been my third series to watch. As I didn't know what to expect I found much of it surprising. The straight fowardness of Singto against the stolidity of Krist made for an interestingly abrasive combination.

6. 2 Moons
Thai Drama - 2017, 12 episodes
I put this here because it was the first one I watched and I'd read the novel. Overall I thought it was well done. One of the things I take into account when placing items in the list is the "period" during which the show was created. The industry continues to evolve and the ability to tell varied stories has grown wider. That is, stories being told today might not have been allowed even several years ago.

7. Together with Me
Thai Drama - 2017, 13 episodes
This was also one of my early series. Today it seems a little "trope," But if you read or watch Shakespeare you might think, wow that been used to often, and forget that this is where it originated.

8. TharnType
Thai Drama - 2019, 12 episodes
This is an example of casting where the stars aligned and the three main characters have amazing chemistry.
If you haven't watched the Nung Narong Reaction episode with MewGulf, where Gulf talks about the casting, you must. Also, the Reaction with Kaowanah is quite interesting as you seem him react to his own performance.
-
9. Theory of Love
Thai Drama - 2019, 12 episodes
A tug of war between one person's heart and mind. Will Khai ever give his heart a chance? The friends circling the pair and offering encouragement are the best, if not always helpful.
-
10. Semantic Error
Korean Drama - 2022, 8 episodes
-
11. The Eclipse
Thai Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
