anything below a 9 for this gem of a show should be illegal 

a heartbreakingly beautiful ride...

really does live up to its expectations and reviews. love love love zhao lu si's character in this, at this point im convinced she was born for roles like these. i love how logical her character development was as she turns from a head-strong, rebellious girl into a decisive and capable woman. 

not much to say about the chemistry between the leads, top tier.

cute and easy watch. how does jeremy tsui have chemistry w all his costars bruh i was fully convinced he was in love w her omddd. ending was a bit rushed but the last bit of the final episode where they showed the whole production crew was so wholesome.

self-explanatory w yang yang and zhao lu si, two of my favorites. for some reason, completely on me, i lost interest at the end and skipped through the last few episodes. but still, yes yes yes.

i liked it though i admittedly did skip through towards the end. but pls take the spotlight + fan effect away from the director omd

brownie points for the GORGEOUS cinematography. lu yuxiao is such a force. shame i didnt like zhang linghe's character development.
