Support actors I'd like to see in main roles
because a friend asked the question and it's easier to link to a list than each of them. definitely a work in progress and i know i've left many out.
several of the women actors don't have much by way of comments because most of the roles i've seen them in have been brief. they deserve more.
GMMTV-orientated because they do the most with ensemble casts.

Papang Phromphiriya Thongputtaruk

One of those actors who can take on any role and disappear into it. Would love to see him as a main character similar to Beam in Moonlight Chicken during the flashbacks to early, happy times.

Prigkhing Sureeyaret Yakaret

My favourite of the young women actors, especially in a substantive role like Pan, Noinae's lively girl chaos, or Yihwa fangothing the existence of magic. She's gone to Channel 3 and will have a support role in a GL. I really hope she gets to shine brightly there because she is fantastic. (Edit: I hope Ch 3 does better by her than her first character with them.)

Ploy Kanyarat Ruangrung

Her versatility is excellent - I've not recognised her in enough roles I'm tickled when I do.

Fiat Pattadon Janngeon

His Rit/Varit was one of the few parts of Triage I liked and then I was impressed with his Korn in The Gifted, didn't realise it was the same actor. He had a quiet intensity in both those roles which drew me in.
The Gifted is structured where most of the characters have a focus episode. He carried his well so he could carry a series too.

Junior Panachai Sriariyarungruang

He has a few main roles listed but they seem to be mostly short anthology series. I haven't watched any of them yet. He showed versatility and skill with comedy in Cherry Magic.

Fluke Pusit

He's left GMMTV for other management. He'll get main roles in non-ensemble series there but from the synopsis of his first one, it doesn't sound like it could possibly equal his work in The Warp Effect or The Shipper. He's proven himself with those, why isn't anyone making more and better use of his skill?

Ciize Rutricha Phapakithi

She's fun and always brings a smile. If I see her listed in a cast, my interest goes up.

Sarocha Burin

She could carry a series easily. Solid in The Warp Effect but my favourite of her roles is Praifah in He's Coming to Me. Though that might be because He's Coming to Me is lots of oxytocin and the density of pain in The Warp Effect was difficult.

Pim Latkamon Pinrojkirati

Moon in The Broken Us (Thai PBS), small role and mostly over video call but she still drew me into her character. Would love to see her in similar character again but she'll be great in anything. Not sure why but I think she could be a compelling baddie :)

Kik Mayurin Pongpudpunth

She has a very long list of support role credits but I'd like to see her get the focus. She's 48 though so it's unlikely.

Orm Norrawan Sethratanapong

Maybe she's getting enough main roles she shouldn't be on here, but I just loved her as best friend Riri in Matalada. (Edit: Ch 3 knows what else she can do. Why are they insisting on casting her as infantalised immature high maintenance high femme lesbians?)
