GL Dramas and Movies That Are Actually Gay

[Iris x Lorraine] 

This is the 3rd season, but you don't need to watch the other 2 seasons for Iris and Lorraine. They're more like a 3rd couple than a 2nd couple. They don't have a ton of screen time together but you can easily scroll to their parts.

Very cute.

This is mostly about the BL couple (maybe 70/30). And they left out one of the girls in the GL couple for like half the movie.

Not worth it for the GL. But it's a sweet series and I would recommend watching it. There are 2 lesbian couples in this, each with varying amounts of screen time. 

It's definitely worth watching and:

Iana Bernardez, who plays Karleen, is in another GL called Stand-In Love.

Everyone would get along if they all just admitted they were in love with each other.

Only episode 10 is GL, and it's so cute!

Not worth it just for the GL. Interesting show, but they don’t really focus on it much.

Same as the original series. Also if you're going to watch this, you should watch it after the original series (on Netflix it shows up as the 13th ep) because it has spoilers.

Not worth it for the GL. It's not really focused on until the end. Same goes for the extended version.

It's an anthology so only episodes 7-9 are GL. 

Not really.  The show treats them differently than the BL couples to the point where I missed when they actually became a couple.

It's mainly about the main character struggling with her asexuality. There is some GL, but it isn't the main focus.

There's a lot of pinning. So if your into that, then go right ahead.

Only episodes 11 and 12 are GL. 

Only episode 3 is GL.

Worth it for the yearning. I can't explain why this one is the good kind of yearning, but it is.

Please, sir, spare a season 2.

This is FreenBecky's first appearance together, but I'd say that's the only draw to watching it. It's not worth it just for the GL since they aren't shown that much. 

They are also in quite a few other project together: GAP the Series, Uranus2324, and The Loyal Pin.

Both actresses have been in other GLs. Aya Fernandez, who plays Cess, is in Rookie (2023). And Iana Bernardez, who plays Zia, was in Pearl Next Door.

If you know where to watch the whole movie w/ English (or even Spanish) subs PLEASE send it to me. I've only seen it w/o subs.

The dad is in like 2 other gay things playing the dad of more gays. I don't know why, but I think that's so funny.

Not worth it. It has the "classic" trope of character is a "lesbian" because she was assaulted by men and then when she heals from her trauma she becomes straight again. 

Not worth it. BYG out of NOWHERE. You can watch their scenes on youtube. Search "My school bully is also my secret lover."

It's not worth it just for the GL, but it's a good movie nonetheless. 

Not really worth it. It basically happens in one ep and then it never happens again.

This is the good kind of sad. It's like an exploration of pain and not just pain for pain's sake.

Not worth it. There's only one scene in the entire 16 episodes, and it's very much in passing.

This movie is a TRIP. It's basically porn. But I still somehow found their relationship pretty sweet.

GL side couple. Decent enough screen time.

The actress that plays Judy, Kapook, is also going to be in Pluto where it looks like her character is part of a (all women) love triangle.

Not worth it. One singular peck and the movie isn't even about them. Also it's just sad, not in a good way.
