Please note that I am not considering mental illnesses, autism, or down syndrome on this list. These are grey areas that can fall on either side of the conversation depending on who you talk to. I am looking at purely physiological disabilities that manifest in some for of perceived deficit that makes moving through life difficult either temporarily, or chronically.
