Official Spam Thread- Report spam here

Hi, I hope someone can look after this and solve it, if possible. There is a account that I already blocked, but it keeps showing the recommendations by this user in many places and they're all the same message. It's not in just one drama, it's in a lot of them, sometimes I just want to see a actual recommendation and then there is this person who keeps saying the same thing. I tried to report the account and some of the recommendations a couple of times but there are too many.
