Not getting notifications for subscribed threads

Starting today a new issue has occurred, I have to open a notification (thread) twice only then it is considered read.

I’m still not receiving notices for my subscribed threads.

I have refreshed the site two or three times and navigated to different sections, but the issue persists. I don't believe it is a delay problem.
