Last week was the usual lentils or beans, rotating starches-brown rice, sweet potatoes, pasta, and rotating veggies or in combo-carrots, kale, collard greens, onion, mushrooms, celery, tomatoes, and asparagus.
So this weekend we shook it up and had pizza at a new place where they make their own dough. They also make homemade ice cream, but that would have been too much dairy for one day! XD
