Either playing a game on my phone while listening to something on Spotify (podcast or some music), scroll on socials like Tiktok, Instagram or twitter or just watch some YouTube vids either some aesthetic vlogs or mukbangs ?
Hmmmm......and you are saying these things help u falling sleep.......for me these are exactly opposite. ( scientifically also ,they don't aid in sleep)
Or, are you saying, you do these things, when u not able to sleep, as in the title of the thread?
