Hibiki starts training in the ER. Brain surgeon Isesaki Kumi starts working in the hospital, and it turns out that she is the daughter of the hospital director, Isesaki Katsuichi. Shinji is trapped under the rabbles and he can't be transported, Kumi finds out that he suffers from chronic subdural hematoma, which would kill him if they don't operate quickly.
