For me: best K Drama at the moment
Extraordinary, I watched first 6 Episoden, this K Drama did captivate me right from the beginning until now. The music, the atmosphere, the Plot, the scenes and the great chemistry between the leads. Worth watchable, absolutely. So, do yourself a favor and watch it 😉It is about the marriage between a politican and his wife, she doesn‘t speak only with sing language. They live in a cold marriage and both hide their true ferlings. This marriage gets shaken up in the moment, when his wife gets kidnapped. The hidden emotions and secrets arise bit by bit. The Kidnapping Story also contains a lot of secrets, the childhood of both mainleads hold a lot of pain. We get to know them better and better, why both mainleads choosed to burry their feelings and I am stunned, when they begin to show them in captivating scenes.

Classic and seductive.
Uptated every week !!!!!!!I don't want to rush into expressing my enthusiasm, but I love stories of love and hate, and the first episode was really great. So, I'm saying welcome!!!
This series has given us everything we want as a classic K-drama in the romantic thriller genre. So far, with just two episodes, it's been quite satisfying.
Who doesn't love a contract marriage storyline? I guess we'll never get tired of it. It's potentially very exciting and intriguing.
The chemistry between the couple is definitely intense.
I'm eagerly looking forward to the flirting period.
I'll definitely continue watching!

Comments on Episodes 3 and 4:
The series continued with the same excitement and intrigue as the episodes released in the first week. Since it will last for 12 episodes, I think they need to move the plot along a bit faster, and I expect we’ll see more detailed events next week.
This week, we learned more about the backgrounds of our couple. Both of them have traumas influencing their behavior (of course, it's a must-have in K-dramas). The source of these traumas stems from their bad parents (yes, here we go again).
In a way, both are trying to protect their lives, but they are unaware of each other’s struggles. I believe that in this episode, some of the emotions they’ve been hiding came to light, even if just a little.
Baek Sa-eon’s feelings are clear, but for some reasons, he is not open with Hong Hee-joo. I think he feels guilty about forcing her to stay by his side, which is why he pulls back. He believes his wife hates him, but he protects her in his own way. In the coming weeks, we’ll see the reasons behind it more clearly.
Hong Hee-joo believes she is just a backup and is definitely confused about her feelings for her husband. She has other pressing issues to think about, and she’s focusing more on those. However, she will have the chance to reflect on her feelings in the upcoming episodes because she can no longer deny what her husband and his father have done for her.
She even confessed that he is her husband to protect him, omooo!!! She has now proven to him that she is not alone.
I can't wait to see the scenes of this couple getting to know each other and flirting. I hope they give us plenty of those moments.
I’m eagerly looking forward to the next episodes!

8.9? Are you kidding me????
I didn't get it, why are people obsessing over this shit? ML is a red flag for sure, he treats her like a thing & she is kinda used to it. Her own family also treats her like shit. She barely said anything when he said she couldn't initiate divorce & things like that. At first, I thought FL is cool. But no, she's worst. She totally lost her cool during that first phone call with ML. He secretly likes her, but had he ever asked her if she was ready for this contractual marriage or not? No bro, this isn't love, this is pure obsession & as a hardcore feminist, I can't support a series like this. And I literally don't give a damn what mystery they're talking about. Guys, don't waste your time.Questa recensione ti è stata utile?

Una de las Best Series Of The Year

i love it! just love it!
This story has enemies to lovers, he falls first and harder, contract marriage, childhood connection and what not!PLOT:
Baek Sa Eon, Korea’s youngest presidential spokesman, and Hong Hui Ju, a sign language interpreter with mutism, have spent three years in a cold, convenient marriage. But when Hui Ju is kidnapped, their distant relationship takes an unexpected turn, forcing them to confront buried emotions.
REAL PLOT: YOO YEON SEOK!!!!! He serves through out the episodes. OMG how i wish to marry someone like him!
You NEED to watch this—it’s a masterpiece! The FL thinks the ML hates her and isn’t happy with their relationship, but plot twist: he’s been in love with her since they were kids and has been secretly protecting her all along. Her family is the worst, constantly using her, but he’s always there, defending her and loving her in ways she doesn’t even notice. I devoured every second of this, NO CAP. Stop wasting time—go watch it already!

The chemistry is exploding and is becoming an addiction!!!
So far after four episodes have been aired, nice going for this drama that has been feeding my cravings for excitement. At this early, I can tell this drama speaks volumes by getting a significant viewership percentage. It's not surprising at all after watching! It has the perfect cast, narrative style that engages emotions and leaves the viewers something to think about, creative camera techniques like when it shifts to relive an event from the past and the angle movements when focusing on someone or something, that effectively bring substance to the scene, and by itself, the deep crafted story. The story's start hooked me instantly and I rooted for the two main leads. I liked that they are both rich here, as opposed to the usual romantic characters of poor girl – rich boy or vice-versa. Yoo Yeon-Seok and Chae Soo-bin's characters' psyche was interestingly teased out here in the details of their life, family, experiences, passions, dislikes, and fears. They play the roles of a married couple – a distant husband bearing the spokesperson position to the President of Korea and a mute wife working as an interpreter in a television network, who is not lawfully acting on their matrimonial duties as their union was forced by both families for business and political convenience alliance. The stable and non-communicative marriage was disrupted by the sudden abduction of the wife and the series of blackmail calls. The dynamics of the couple's relationship change afterward, eventually giving us romantic thrills with the scenes of the husband’s protective demeanors and toned-down jealousies towards his wife. This grows my anticipation as to what will happen next and the situation that will prompt the couple to lay bare what was long hidden in their hearts.
I am happy for Chae Soo-bin having starred in this project. She has a mark of her own in acting and has stamped herself as a celebrated serious actress through this drama. Her professional efforts in her 2-month studies of sign language give us a real-life portrayal of a mute person. And who would have thought that her chemistry with Yoo Yeon-Seok would blow up to such a degree showing an effortless connection that makes their relationship believable to the viewers. And yes, his attractiveness is like a vitamin to my eyes. He is strikingly charming with the wedding ring on his finger just like Song Kang in "My Demon".
Looks like I am seeing glory days for this drama. It’s awaiting performance recognitions and possibly Best Couple awards.

When the Phone Rings": A Perfect Romantic Drama with a Unique Twist (5/5)
When the Phone Rings is an underrated K-drama that masterfully combines suspense, emotional depth, and a touch of romance. While it may not have the hype of mainstream hits, it stands out for its well-written plot and compelling performances. The drama follows a mysterious premise where every phone call brings a new twist, testing the boundaries of trust, fate, and survival. The story keeps viewers on edge, blending thriller elements with moments of heartfelt character interactions.
One of the drama's strongest points is its cast. The leads deliver standout performances, portraying their characters with authenticity and depth. The chemistry between them feels natural, adding an emotional layer to the gripping storyline.
The cinematography and soundtrack deserve special mention. The haunting melodies and atmospheric visuals perfectly complement the drama's tone, enhancing the overall experience.
When the Phone Rings is proof that great storytelling doesn’t always need flashy promotions. It's a must-watch for fans of thrillers with emotional undertones. Don’t miss this hidden gem!

Love this series ♥️?
To be honest, I wonder if I will ever watch this drama no I did not like the trailer of the drama. That's why I thought the drama would not be good to watch. The main reason for my opinion was that I had never seen their drama before. That's why I thought the play would not be good. But not in words, the geniuses show their skills through their work. That's what happened here. Aqib and Aqib introduced their work through their perfect acting skills.
Their laughter, mischievousness, conversation are all perfect in one word Their chemistry is simply amazing. For such a pair of them You will be bound to fall in love with them. No one else will make the same mistake I made in the first place

we needed this!!
recently, Iwas so disappointing about Kdramas since 1 year the genres are so focused on revenge, blood, politics, slow burn etc.. but than When the phone rings appeared and now I am totally happy again.. I wish the episodes would be 16, not 12.. but 1 sentence is enough to describe; mind blowing, excited and passionate! I am a big fan of male lead.. For him Istarted to watch but to be honest both male lead and female lead are rocking…story is really so interesting, at leats the start point is good.. waiting for more episodes 😍😍
