DoHoe seems to be blaming JuYeong for something, but instead of coming out and saying what it is, DoHoe just said I'm not interested in why you did that then just ghosted him. Now, he's saying, I didn't want to tell you where I am because you might misunderstand. What is that? It's like he's denying their joint history, making JuYeong feel stuck in the past and unable to move on because he was unable to get closure. I think the reason JuYeong continued to visit DoHoe's father was because he was the only connection he had to DoHoe after DoHoe abandoned him. In the end, they probably needed each other, one whose son abandoned him and one whose parents abandoned him.In high school, it was obvious HyeonHo liked DoHoe. It looks like he sought him out in university and was the only one who was in touch with him. They might even be dating now, so DoHoe didn't want JuYeong to look for him anymore despite their dreams together.
