Love Mate (2023)

Could have been better

I am struggling with how to fairly rate this drama. It had so many things wrong with it but it had some good moments also.
I totally get the persistent and determined angle they were trying for with Ha Ram in pursing Seo Yi Jin but it came off as too pushy and was tending towards harassment, no should mean no. It seems when beautiful/handsome/rich people display such behaviors they are seen as cute/romantic etc but when people who aren’t attractive/poor do the same thing they get labeled as creepy/stalkerish etc. It’s a very dishonest and selective world we live in.
This series struggled with really bad pacing, they tried to fit too many things without having enough time to flesh them out
The acting, ots and chemistry between our main couple was actually really decent, so IMO it could have been a lot better if the things mentioned above where handled much better.
This isn’t something I would rewatch and I am not really sure if I will say that I do or don’t recommend it. If you are reading this review to decide, then I say I will leave this one as your choice on whether to watch or not.

Sweet, lovely and cute office romance

I really don’t know how to explain the feeling this drama gave me while watching (especially episodes 2-3), it was almost like they are giving me the taste of how it feels like to love and to be loved, that’s how I would describe the chemistry between the two main actors, I shed some tears of how pure it felt and got really emotional and jealous (in a good way).

Following the next episodes I was already in love with this series and nothing could bring it down, it just kept getting sweeter and sweeter.

It’s definitely a must watch and I will definitely rewatch this in the future. Thank you for making this masterpiece. ❤️

Aire fresco

Si bien tiene su drama (tipico de asia y muy del kdrama), no es agotador más bien solo es parte de la trama sin volverse agobiante. Lo que más me gustó además de la química, fue la manera en la que se comportaban los personales COMO DOS ADULTOS que SE GUSTAN sin perder obvio las sutilezas que suelen mantener en los kdramas (sin nada super subido de tono), sino intercacciones normales sin hacer mayor drama por tomarse las manos o darse un beso.
Oyto gran punto a favor es la musica que acompaña la serie.
Si tuviera que quejarme de algo creo que seria de que sea tan cortita, pero tambien creo que es una dosis justa de aire fresco si fuera mas larga quizas agregarian mas drama y creo que ahora tiene la medida justa de drama realismo y dulce amor jaja.
