Coincidently, Mu goes out of the mansion for some fresh air. She comes across the destined lantern festival. Chuan arrives there as well. Mu is enjoying herself when she suddenly collides with a young lady. The young lady is actually the Heir of the Beqing province. She has come to their land with a plan of catching Chuan for adultery. As soon as she sees Chuan behind Mu, she starts acting in pain as if Mu pushed her hard. Mu retaliates. But, suddenly, the Plot Manager comes and gives her a new mission, i.e. to help that lady succeed. All fired up to help her, Mu does her very best to give her chances with Chuan... but guess what?
