Started off really strong

The cinematic, action packed episode 1 with eery music. My first impression of Ziyu, like his brother said, he's soft hearted and while his brother, Huanyu looks harmless, he must be lethal a bit like their father. As for FL, Yun Wei Shan, it was true what zi yu said, it was strange of her to notice the lighthouses position. If she wants to stay, that was a weird to reveal urself as wufeng. I want Gong Family to win tho. Bcs wufeng is assassin organisation.

Amazing

The opening to the show is really great. You have to pay attention to detail to understand all the clues to put the pieces together to the puzzle. I like the acting

Pacing is great. Plot is intriguing!

I am pleasantly surprised by how curious this opener made me. What I thought were plot holes were quickly explained a couple of scenes later and flashback segments are well-timed as well, providing only enough information so we can understand the characters’ story and motivation at the given moment. I initially came for Esther, but I can objectively say the plot will be interesting to anyone who likes mystery!

Look and atmosphere

Great set up of protagonists in their environment. This has potential of being really great. Beauty and Beast are in the mix. Who will survive?
