Both have a similar feel - the leads were close in school and then driven apart, meeting again years later. The two dramas have a firefighter male lead. The leads of both shows also meet again in the future.
However, in one drama the leads were together but separated because of family. For the other one, the male lead rescues the female lead and they meet again.

I found no similarities besides the firefighter role. But I love both. As for Moon in the Day, it goes far back to the previous life and less rescue scene. I believe Fireworks of My Heart has more ‘rescue scene’ than that one^^

Both have firefighters and a ML who often breaks the rules for the greater good. Both FLs are adopted.

My Fireworks on Earth is also a firefighter drama with a firefighter male lead.
There's romance in both shows

Both female leads are doctor and male leads are firefighter. Both don't get along in first but then voila!

This is a second chance at love romance. Even though the couple in Have a Crush on You did not openly express their love for each other the first time they were together, they eventually come to realize they want to be together when given a second change at love.

Something about the feel of both shows seems similar. Melodramatic and the coloring of everything. Mature leads and has a lot of thrilling situations.
