The leads of the two stories are similar in their own ways, a morally gray male and a strong willed female. They both also has a older male father figure that the female lead butts heads with but ulimately respect each other. They both infuse romance, law, tragedy and comedy into a wonderful series.
Anti-hero Male leads (Mafia lawyer & Conman) who team up with a smart Female Lead lawyer to take on injustice/corruption with stronger means than the usual good guys.
Both Crime Comedies with a small hint of romance between two leads with great chemistry.
So essentially same plot but different details.
Very strong satisfaction/catharsis in watching them tackle corruption, really Fun extreme Methods or even laugh aloud funny sometimes.

Show

Both have a lovable and comedic mishmash of store workers (TKSL)/store owners (Vincenzo) who come to rally around the main character and aid them in their missions. Pieces of found family can be found here and there. Vincenzo is a bit more serious and more overt in found family. Romance is treated more as a side troupe than the main focus in both.
Man to Man is more lightweight than Vincenzo. Either way, the action scenes both dramas have is fire. They both show their soft side to the people they love but seem cold to others and make calculated decisions before anything happens. Until the day they mess with the woman they love, of course. That day they go berserk and make emotional decisions.
Vincenzo is darker with an anti-hero theme. I am not sure if the recommendation would live up to the expectation the other way around: from Vincenzo to Man to Man.
If you enjoyed espionage and strong male leads who don't go suddenly good-for-the-girl cliche, Vincenzo is a good follow-up.
