In the film, the zombies had been founded in the Peninsula of South Korea. Many people try to get out of Korea, but the world has isolated the country for four years since the outbreak in Busan in 2016.
In the series, some high school students are trapped at Hyosan High School during a zombie virus outbreak. The students desperately try to avoid becoming zombies and escape from their school.

Students are forced to face a difficult situations.
They share a similar theme of the high-pressure environment of the school and the mental toll it can take on young students. In "Duty after School," the story revolves around a group of high school students who must navigate the competitive and cutthroat world of education while dealing with personal struggles. Similarly, "All of Us Are Dead" takes place in a high school where a zombie outbreak occurs, forcing the students to band together and fight for survival amidst their academic stress. Though not immediately similar, both titles have a lot of gore, have developing friendships (and slight romances), and involve a lot of running around in school to avoid getting caught by monsters. Not to mention both are great watches!
