I have nothing to say, except : this is incredible. It's not a drama, but more like a full 2 hours movie separated in two.
It's very well directed, the location is beautiful, the cast well chosen and the acting great. With Eita as the lead, this was to be expected, but even the supporting cast is doing a great job.
Don't overlook this just because it's about a hospital. This is really good.
A part that I liked more than the others ? The shampoo scene. It was a fangirl moment. ^^
