When I'm watching the first episodes, I feel kinda bored to be honest. I'm thinking whether I should continue or drop the show. Luckily, I decided to continue and as I continue the series the more I like it. The leads are really good and the chemistry is to die for. I love them so much and their back story and how they find each other again, so so good. Ling Rui is a walking green flag!! ??

Other concerns are other parts of Tang Pingping is unnecessary and some of her scenes are actually irritating for me. I'd prefer if they didn't include some of her scenes because its too cringe and unrealistic. Don't get me wrong, she's a good actress, it's just some of the scenes given to her are not really necessary.

I love all of them. The love story of Simon and Siyu are also good. I like the beginning part of their story. ?

Light hearted and Romantic

Starters: First of all I'm a sucker for contract marriage / arranged marriage plots, so when I saw this , it automatically found itself in my watchlist. It aired in MGTV at that time, as they take forever with the subs, it didn't stop me from watching.

The plot: So, the roles are reversed here, as it features a controlling, bad-ass, fashionista, sexy Female CEO and a gentle, kind-hearted and beautiful male lead doctor. The story threads on how they agreed to get married without emotions just to get over it to them eventually falling for each other and realizing what really love is. ❤️❤️❤️ If you are not for light, feel good, romantic drama, then this is not for you.

It has comedy: The antics and machinations of Yutong just to get Gong Jun in bed and give her a baby were so funny!

Romance: They didn't lack in the kiss scene department (super plus points, as I like seeing Gong Jun kiss). Chemistry of the leads are also okay.

No baddies: Their are no evil antagonists here, which I also like. There might be characters which will cause slight hiccups for our leads but that's about it.

Second Leads: The story of second leads are also fluffy and cute (Garvey Jin is dashing!).

Fluffiness: You-you, I have to talk about that ball of fluff in panda suit. That kid, I loved him in Blooms of Ruyi and he also appeared here so, yeah. ? This smart little kid makes the romance between his parents even more exciting.

ENjoy it because the romance lead journey.

I really love it, Mainly for the main leads romance and the problem surrounding them. I really though it will be just another shallow gender reversal who want to talk deep but end up being pretender. But There are so many RAW moment that I love, mainly the romance of the main leads and the circumstance which connecting them. Two character opposite personality who seems like strong female lead with her status and male lead who seems a very nice person, But actually they are just a flawed human being which face ups and down about their relationship due to their background and personality different. I enjoy it alot. I laughed and cryed along with them. . They growth and learn as the show progress and the writers given their story so much depth which I enjoy alot. I don't enjoy much about the corporate stuff but I know it need to be brought up to make some conflict to our leads . There is also some flaws in this drama which I'm not enjoying which is the villain arc (though the actor Shawn Zhang is doing a great job) which for me unreasonable and some fluff subplot 2nd lead and other character supporting character relationship which take too much screen time and honestly I don't enjoy them much . But I think they need to shoot them because they need other character surrounding our leads.

I will definitely will rewatch it mostly just for the leads.

This is a feel good romance drama. The story is not new, may have been made into many dramas, but the cast and chemistry between the ML and FL makes it different. This is the first drama that I've seen both the FL and ML, but I'm impressed with them, particularly the FL. She is not over the top and she makes every episode enjoyable. I also like the gender reversal role in this drama. Contract marriage usually involves a richer male lead with an ordinary female lead, but in this drama, the role is reversed. The little kid who appear later in the drama is so cute.. With drama like this, there are of course some cliche and "huh" moments, but it's not too annoying that it takes away the enjoyment of watching the drama. Soundtrack for this drama is uplifting, ones that you can repeat while reminiscing about romantic parts of the drama, especially the way the ML looks at the FL. As for rewatch value: definitely! I will definitely watch this again in the future.

like the title

Watch this drama of course because of Simon gong.

This drama tell story about a couple that 'restart' their relationship 3x. 1st when they just know each other, 2nd when they decided to make their marriage seriously & last to rekindle their marriage after stupid break up.

What i like:
+ Simon gong is so cute here..... <3. I more and more falling in love with him. His fans definitely have to watch this, very much pleasing for the eye where he half naked :D.
+ Lu You You (YY) so adorable. I can't stop repeating his scene...
+ Lu Fang Ning (FN) is one adorable woman. She is one domineering CEO, but in front of Ling Rui (LR) she is so childish.
+ How FN & Tang Ping (PP) & also with Cai Si Yu (SY) became friend is so adorable.
+ They don't make the misunderstanding about their son too complicated.
+ When SY confess her feeling to Lu Yi Yao is just adorable in my opinion. & their relationship after 6 year turn upside down is so funny actually.
+ So funny to see LR & FN teasing each other. FN teasing LR in the first episode & LR teasing FN after they rekindle again
+ No story about overbearing parents in FN side, because u know she is from rich family while LR is not.

What minus or maybe a little bit force:
- Gao Er Fan reason to force his way with the company is a little bit weird & doesn't makes sense. And after all that year of obsession's to drop it just like that because what FN said even doesn't make more sense.
- FN reason to leave LR is just plainly stupid. One of the most stupid plot in drama world maybe. Just to make a reason for their rekindle story.
- Actually the more I think the more I fell everything around everyone relationship kinda a little bit force. Like how in the end everyone have to got their own couple. How they force Lu Yi Yao with Cai Si Yu after 6 years. They even feel they have to make Tang Ping & Peng Bo as a couple.

Overall this one good drama. Yes I think i'll gonna re-watch some cute scene. Especially about the cute Yao Yao. ^_^

Gender reversal role at its finest and I'm digging it!

The women (yes, plural) tackle cliches associated with men, the wall hand, renting a whole place, you name it; all the plain ‘ol drama seduction techniquesused by men.

Yes it includes domineering personality, but the FL pulls it off and it is so entertaining haha. I can't believe she said "should we watch a horror movie so he can jump into my arms?"

She is cute, strong, powerful, fashionable. I didn't even know that was possible. She gave me 'It's okay thats not love' vibes with her fashion sense and acting character. *chefs kiss* While the dude takes a backseat from a dominating perspective/ role, they both don’t lose their ‘identities’ as people would expect. “These type of men are weak and these type of women are unfeminine.” It’s bull.
It is just so natural and shows gender stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason. Sex isn’t that fragile, but gendered, its built on prejudice.

Though, I would have done without the time skip. Yup it came out of nowhere and for 6 years! There is 1 thing I didn’t agree with, but the ‘after’ period is still cute (overloaded with it actually hahaha) and an added character pulled the show through. Not saying much more on that. The other couples in the show also forged hilarious and heartwarming relationships. Tbh I loved the whole cast, the plot, acting. So on point.

Protagonista forte que te faz torcer pelo casal

No geral foi um drama que eu gostei muito, os dois protagonistas são amáveis, fácil de gostar e torcer por eles.
Gostei muito da protagonista: ela tem personalidade forte, inteligente e sabe o que quer, mas acho que ela foi perdendo um pouco essa personalidade ao longo do drama, se tornando muito bobinha e insegura. Foi como se os dois protagonistas fossem trocando de identidade ao longo do tempo.
Um fato que me decepcionou muito foi ela perder tudo, pois dificilmente quando o homem é o protagonista rico isso acontece, já que logo ele consegue se reerguer. Mas apesar disso acredito que foi pra evolução dela já que ela estava vivendo o sonho de outra pessoa. Chegou a hora dela deixar o passado pra trás e pensar mais nela.
Pra mim, a segunda faze do drama, depois da passagem de tempo, foi incrível. Não teve enrolação já que eles já tinham perdido muito tempo pra ficarem brigando até se resolverem. O que passou, passou, agora eles tinham um filho pra criar e ele já tinha perdido 5 anos anos da vida do garoto.
Gostei muito do drama do início ao fim, com suas ressalvas, mas é um drama incrível que indico pra quem quiser assistir algo mais tranquilo e leve.

Loved how cliche but you can’t feel the cliche in the drama

The acting was not doubt superb for all the leads in this drama. I really liked how this drama depicts how selfless one can get when being in a relationship; I really admire that! The family relationship in this drama is really an important element, there are many scenes where I felt that I had some takeaways that would benefit irl.

The story really has its up and downs, at times I would frustrated all I wanted is for them to get together already ?

The second couple in the drama is pretty cute, liked how in the latter part of the drama Simon is the one pursuing Si Yu makes you go UwU.

So do make time for this drama, I’m sure it wouldn’t disappoint

Marriage contract

Best story ever, not kink, there is no some evil antagonist who do all thing just to get the Ml or FL lead. Just love it and always back to rewatch. You will see the big change from the FL lead. Sure she is learn, love the ML change to become so powerful. Love they chemistry and how they play the role. It just so perfect. I really love to see another story with them as a main Lead. A big standing applause for the writer and director. This drama should be nominate as the best drama ever. The pace is just right not to slow and not to fast. The main Fl and ML so handsome and pretty

Cute Series. Too many scene fillers.

This was a cute series with a slight twist. FL being the overbearing CEO. However, the FL character development was troublesome. FL is smart, bold, innovative in business dealings and completely clueless in personal relations. One might say that is how most of these CEO leads are written, but the problem comes when she can completely mend both the personal softness and CEO boldness with Simon. and not with who she is 'in love' with. ML was pretty good at delayed acting. His slow to act movements felt more off than aloof. I prefer the ML more in the latter half of the series. The OST was nice. This story could have been told in a more profound way 10-15 episodes less. There are times where there are scenes that can be cut easily ' fillers'. By the time you get to episodes 30-35 it is like 'get to the point already'. Because there was so much going on with the main couple, the third couple pairing really was not necessary.
