When Keisuke Matsumura gets swindled out of a sizeable sum, he attempts suicide by train, only to find himself saved by a flashy young man who turns out to be a swindler himself, only he's a Kurosagi, the type of swindler who eats the other types and leaves the common man alone. Our flashy Kurosagi helps out Matsumura by swindling the swindler to the annoyance and anger of Matsumura's niece, Tsurara Yoshikawa, who cherishes the law and all it stands for and hates seeing it bent.
