It’s a great drama!
I Don't know why people giving little rate to this drama. Actually It is adapted from a manga and when you will watch that drama you will feel that it is just like the anime but main characters are human!
I love the story.
Seriously love this drama! So romantic, sweet and fluffy! But you can't watch this infront of your parents! Hahaha

This a romantic drama that will give you butterflies. The fact is every boy in this drama are so handsome. But girls are not that pretty. Hahah sorry for that!
But I love how he touches her head. She is like a baby girl.
Overall, I loved this drama very much.
Enjoyed watching.

Too Cute

I got sick of hearing the word "cute" as it was over used in this drama. Also having the FL constantly call the ML by his last name was dumb, by Episode 2, especially when they are alone. Sakurada Dori did the best he could in the role of Hiroto, but there was no chemistry with FL (Fukuhara Haruka) Risa. However she was better in this drama than in Good Morning Call. Drama's like this that have the FL as extremely incompetent and clueless, take away from the overall watchability. They could've had her learning self defence with Yuki or something. I felt more chemistry between Hiroto and Yuki, lol. And Risa had more chemistry with Tsubasa (Ogoe Yuki). The FL's childhood friend was under utilized and fell flat. I rate it 6.5/10 overall. It's a good watch for someone just starting to watch Japanese dramas. To be cheesie: The Vanilla overpowered the Coffee.

Sweet and bitter, exactly as its name

This one won't be one of my favorite Japanese dramas, but still I think it deserves watching.
I think the acting is overally good, but what is the bitter part here is the story.
I know that in 10 episodes of around 24 minutes you can't portrait much but still it mostly failed for me.
The overall idea is the biggest cliché you could imagine - handsome, rich and confident man falling in love with poor, naive girl who thinks she's good for nothing. But I think even from this setting they could make more of a story. I think the biggest problems I had was that usually there was something hinted and I was looking forward to further explore the (usually dark) topic, but it was skipped and we did not know anything about it further. Also the complications that started at the beginning of the episode were usually solved right in the end of the episode and in the simplest (and usually very cringy) way possible. I can see almost no character development throughout the show. And what I really didn't like was the ML's often really too violent behaviour and FL's constant embarrasment about everything.
Despite of what I just wrote the drama still has some really good and sweet moments and I appreciate some of the "steamy" scenes out there which I haven't seen in any other j-drama yet.
If you don't want to watch anything complicated (because the story is quite straightforward), you should give this a chance, but prepare for some bitter taste to the overall sweetness of this drama.

A complete waste of time

If I could rate this a 0/10, BEST BELIEVE I WOULD. (wouldn’t even let me rate it a 0.5/10 👎🏽) This drama was so stupid. Too fast paced, with no plot. Everything was everywhere and you had no time to get to know any of the characters. I swear they introduced a new person every episode 😭

And omg the main leads had absolutely no chemistry whatsoever. Their “spicy” scenes pissed me tf off, because they were so random. and he was doing all the work. she would say “i love you” but couldn’t even unbutton his shirt ? 😭sis, please do better.

FL was like the stereotypical useless damsel in distress, from dramas in the early 2000’s. She knew it too. Her acting was so stiff, and her character was so basic.

ML was excessively possessive and really just horny. Like every 5 mins he was tryna kiss her. Like please, just use your words 😂

Genuinely shocked that it aired in 2019. And i’ve never been so grateful for the fast foward button.

LIGHT ROMANTIC SHOW. YOU CAN WATCH IT IN ONE DAY

Synopsis:
Young and naive, country girl Shiroki Risa is in Tokyo to attend university. She is almost painfully shy and does not realize how beautiful she is, so all the male attention she attracts makes her uncomfortable. She dreams of the kind of love you read about but does not accept any of the invitations for a date from her classmates. She has a chance meeting with Fukami Hiroto, a handsome, gentle, and mysterious man. As their love grows, Risa and Hiroto learn about each other’s strengths and weaknesses

Plot:
1.Shiragi Risa by fukuhara haruka:
She is definitely a beauty and that typical shy girl out in the town.
She just nailed the role of a shy, beautiful girl in Tokyo from a small Town it just felt she was made for that role.
I just felt that she should me more mature and think of how dangerous the world can be, you can say she was lucky to have that man but she was easy to be fooled it could have been a scam and that would have been a disaster for her!!
She is friendly but she doesn't show her that side and i can totally understand why she hated bitter things I mean me too I hate bitter things i don't understand how people out there enjoy it!!!
2. Fukami hiroto by sakurada Dori:
The most charming man omg!! How can a person together be handsome,cute,hot,sexy like srsly.
The first impression was definitely "amazing" this but I thought he is scammer, or a bad guy just hanging around wasting time around beautiful girls but I was wrong until the 5 or 6 ep i thought that now it would be revealed that he is scammer but I was wrong!!!!
He was a bad guy but Risa chaged her a lot he is way too possesive about her. He loves her so much that he should how miserable he could be without her.
That was definitely a straightforward confession i have every seen way to straightforward
Enough of the charecter but is there anyone who feels the same as me this guy ii's bit similar to j-hope^_^
Ep review:
1. Kiss and night
The very first ep of this drama and i was literally confused because of ML cause he way being way too straightforward i thought that it was lie and someone was trying to scam her.
But those scenes were way too much of realistic it felt too real ?. I can't deny the fact that I was enjoying them......
How she meet a stranger and agreed to have dinner and then ended up waking up in his house and then that sudden confession and then thier relation..
But the most best thing i loved his back hug when he meet her after a week
2.collage and jealously
This ep was exactly the same as its name not only the ML was jealously of her sitting beside a guy in the collage but that guy was also jealously of her being in relationship because he knew he just can't defeat hiroto.
I loved that scar on the neck and the way ML trusted her after seeing that scar so red......
3.Enemy and gurdian
This ep has that beautiful entry of so called villan with a soft heart?
He has that charming face which can make you fall for him in just few seconds
Thiswas theep where i actually understood that hiroto is not cheating on her he really is geniune about his feelings for her
4.Revenge and reward:
Again it confused me at some point when that so called soft hearted villian said about dark past of hiroto's i once again thought that is is a liar??.
5.play and game:
In this ep i was a bit frustrated you can say the scenes seemed a bit unconnected....but it wasn't that boring
6.Battle and crisis :
Oh god her bestfriend!! When she made that bet of kiss i wished I could go and punch her on that face of her's like how could you do that to your bestfriend ... Thankfully our shy FL gathered confidence to refuse this kiss i was happy for her ...
And yess it was good to see that Rosa's bestfriend had some sense left in her brain to give up so both our FL and ML can live happily!!
7.Sweet and home
Here I think Risa needs a new brain cell no i guess she needs a whole new brain like what's with I can't go further ? bitch you have this heavenly piece of man which is nearly impossible to find in real life....
8. Host and mother:
That hiroto in white was so similar to j-hope!
And here we go everything is going so well now Risa has won over both hiroto and his mom and everything seems so good they are having a happy time but wait why is Yuki there with all his bags? Wait is staying there I mean are fucking kiddin man everything was so good whydo you have to come out of nowhere!!!
Plus this man seemed suspicious it feels at any point he will just turn into a serial killer!!!
8. Risk and danger
Stop it already you guys it's not a bl why does it feel that it will end as bl we wanted Risa and hiroto not Yuki and hiroto!!!
And wait Risa are you giving up ! She is so stupid man! Just go and take a self defense class and get your brain tested because I think you are a totall dumb!!
She just gave up wtf! Are you going to leave that rare heavenly piece like just because you think you are useless. I think that leaving him was the most stupid and useless thing you did right now.
10.coffee and vanilla
Ok
Was it just me who was asking about this girls parents? LOL I mean she's in collage but.... This girl met a older guy lost her virginity, had a stalker got kidnapped, broke up with him, got back together, and is going to marry him. And she just married him without even introducing to her parents??
Happy ending for nao and daichi tho lol!!
But anyways it was quite a light series with nothing much special but not too boring and definitely kept watching this drama just for Dori?.

My opinion :
Guys this series is light and relaxing one with less cliffhanger and stress over what will happen in next ep. If you are tired and want a break from cliffhanger and cusiosity dramas you can binge-watch this show in one go without feeling stress!!

the only thing that made this dogwater bearable to watch was sakurada dori's face. the ONLY reason im giving this thing two stars instead of one is because there was that little BL scene and i will take sakurada dori in a BL scene in any way that i can get, thank you very much. on a sidenote, i dont get why its ok for dori's character to flirt with another man and thats just ok, never bringing that up again, ok. cool. not like hes got a gf or anything. but risa so much as looks at another man and fukami goes all cool jealous ikemen or whatever.

i cannot comprehend why anybody would want to adapt the manga (which i didnt read, but if its anything similar to the pile of shit that is the storyline, well...) into a ten episode drama. i want to know how much money these actors got paid to participate in such a truly unenjoyable unstimulating piece of garbage. maybe this is the fantasy of japanese women or something, i dunno, but out of all the dog water this is truly some of the doggiest.

in conclusion, sakurada dori has a face, and maybe if you just skip every scene that doesnt have him in frame except for 15:20 - 16:23 of episode nine, you might get some kind of value from this......thing.

Mala no, lo siguiente

No tenia muchas esperanzas puestas en ella, pero como vi que era cortita y capítulos de poca duración me anime a verla....
En el primer capitulo ya sabia que lo que iba a ver no me iba gustar, tal como se conocen están enamorados, en el minuto 10 de la serie !! cliché sobre cliché, ella es inaguantable, inútil a mas no poder, y él...obsesivo y a veces sus actuaciones rozaban la violación jajaja
Me ha parecido como si hubieran querido hacer un cincuenta sombras de Grey a la japonesa por supuesto, mucho mas cometidos , por supuesto es un fracaso total.
Los personajes secundarios, carecen de personalidad, solo están ahí para rellenar capítulos y enamorarse de los protagonistas sin ton ni son.
No perdáis vuestro tiempo en ver esto, hay mil series mejores.

Ok so my rating is solely for those hugs,kisses and ahem mature scenes though they are cringeworthy and actors need more practising or experience as it comes off as forced but atleast it is a first for me to see this in an asian drama and ofcourse I enjoyed it ????
First of all I honestly doesn't understand why is almost all Japanese drama portray women as insecure, submissive and sorry to say dumb???? this heroine has dumbfounded me numerous times with her dumbness &her attitude as the perpetual damsel in distress. I have lost count the number of times various men have invaded her personal space; touched, hugged,pinched and kissed her and she didn't even raise her voice let alone land a puncand when ever she needs to speak up she clams up and get absused by whomever wants to do so let her be best friend or boy friend. The only time she opens her mouth is to apologize or to say yes to everything
Thank God it was a short drama otherwise I would have written a 10 page essay ????
Hiroto is typical tsundre guy and uses his experience with women to get his way with inexperienced Risa, for him the way to get over any issue is to seduce Risa ????

Un deleite para la vista pero una pérdida de tiempo.

Si la ves por Sakurada Dori genial, si la ves por la trama real: HUYE.
Por empezar, puedes aceptar que es un drama y que por lo tanto va a haber cosas absurdas, pero este en concreto carece de cualquier sentido que se le pueda dar: un amor y una pasión desboradada para lo que se conocen los protagonista, un romanticismo que chirría por su sexismo y por su puesto, personajes clichés que no son más que eso: clichés.

Además de todo esto, no sé si en pleno siglo XXI alguien, sobre todo una mujer, puede aguantar a una protagonista tan débil y con pensamientos tan retrógadas como ésta. El drama en si es machista, pero la actitud de ella solo lo empeora más.

Mi consejo es que si quieres disfrutar de Sakurada Dori y de escenas subiditas de tono pues adelante, pero si lo que estás buscando es calidad y perderte en una historia que merezca la pena: no la veas. Hay dramas mejores.

Só quero passar a ideia pra quem está pensando em assistir. Se fizerem questão, ok, mas saibam que é uma trama meio tóxica. Tem um cara sendo escroto/abusivo? Não, nada disso, ele é um príncipe. O problema é que a mocinha é intragável. Ela tem uma autoestima super baixa, vive se achando pouco suficiente pro boy, etc. A trama passa essa imagem de que a mulher tem que estar a altura de um cara incrível. Muitos mangas shoujos fazem isso, mostram o cara como o perfeito, quase um deus, e a menina é uma coisinha sem sal que deve se sentir super sortuda por ter chamado a atenção do boy deus. Péssimo.
Sorte que nem todas mangakas criam personagens femininas assim, tal como é bem interessante que os mocinhos também não sejam a perfeição em pessoa. Isso tá defasado, é irreal, chato e tóxico.
Mulheres também podem ser fortes e espetaculares nas tramas. Não só podem como devem. E mostrar que elas possuem amor próprio é essencial. Já se foi o tempo em que tramas que menosprezam a personagem feminina eram tidas como ok, hoje estamos mais espertas e sensatas, e tramas assim nos dão agonia, é desagradável de ver. A única coisa que "compensa" nesse drama é contemplar a beleza do Sakurada Dori, porque fora isso fica intragável. Não há boy lindo que nos faça aguentar. Recado tá dado.
