What a toxic relationship
While I never have very grand expectations for any rom-com Chinese drama I watch (they’re just naturally pretty bad, and I always know this when I start a new one), this drama disappointed me quite a bit! Unhealthy relationships aren’t too uncommon in Chinese dramas (sadly), however I was especially concerned when Situ Mo behaved like an absolute child, shut Gu Weiyi out even though he did nothing wrong, and constantly got mad at him and/or expected him to understand her when she explained absolutely nothing. In the beginning of the drama, I wrote that behavior off as them just getting to know each other and going from love-hate to pure love, however she remained pretty rude and childish the whole drama, and I just can’t stand for that type of relationship dynamic. Gu Weiyi also irritated me with his lies when he tried to get Mo to forgive him. Now, what normal person would see that his girlfriend is pissed off for god knows why and pretend to be drunk, hide her food from her so she would beg for him to get it for him, and just kiss her out of the blue for no reason. I don’t know about y’all, but that is the last thing I’d do if my partner was really angry at me. Besides the clear flaws in the lead characters, I also just had a lot of problems with Fu Pei and Gu Weiyi’s scientist guy friend Zhou Lei. Fu Pei reminded me of every single kid from my high school that acted as if he was the coolest motherfucker in existence and disobeyed authorities to impress the girl he likes. That’s all I will say. Zhou Lei would have been fine if he didn’t constantly suspect everyone of doing something behind his back. It was funny at first, but then it just got plain annoying. Overall, the last 4 minutes of the story were pretty enjoyable to watch (despite the lack of plot in the last 4-5 episodes especially, although the entire story pretty much has no plot) and the soundtrack was pretty nice, though I could do with less cat and dog noises. My parting words are: If you’re into bitchy and immature female leads, as well as loyal, devoted boyfriend characters who don’t have enough sense to dump their toxic girlfriends, boy do I have the drama for you!!!Questa recensione ti è stata utile?

I had so much fun watching this, the episodes flew by I don't even know how. The story is quite straight forward with couple of my favourite troupes, so I really enjoyed myself. It is a character driven drama, so the progress of individual relationships was nice to watch, the pacing and tempo were there. I also liked how the drama shifted from following Momo mostly at first to Gu Wei Yi and his arc is what made the show for me. He is one my favourite male leads of all time. So sweet, patient, clever and kind.
This drama is also very funny in its own charming way. I remember the episodes when Gu Wei Yi was trying to confess and the lab was participating in an awesome way - consulting with him and cracking this "mystery". I appreciate that the tempo was not disturbed even when the main couple got together, it still flew by nicely and I enjoyed the format of 40 minute episodes.
The only thing that bothered me was the sound. The voice over work really annoyed me and was very obvious.
Other than that, this is a sweet summer drama, that I enjoyed very much.

Cute sweet Romance
Ratings on this is low here. Sad to say. If you are looking for something slow and sweet this is one to watch. I am on my third time watching now. I have to take a break from the intense kdramas once in a while. ?I love the actors. I think they did an awesome job! I loved the realism of their love and their “first time” together. It was so funny to watch! It was so fun watching their love build. It was fun to watch it slowly build. If you are looking for something slow and sweet this show is a must watch!

I found this drama on Facebook and saved it since I save all my future dramas but it just keeps popping out. So, I decided to watch it. I was disappointed that it wasn't on Netflix but I AM SO happy that I still watched it because it was the best choice ever. The drama was soooo smooooth. When I finished watching it, i felt Good in a way that It was meant to be ended like that. Really recommend a nice, calm, awkward, clingy , and cringe moments. It's everything. Their Chemistry..hahah SCIENCE. AND THE FLOW. And how the relationship was created♥️♥️♥️♥️ Finished watching just now. (writing a review c;) 6/24/19 2:31amI started watching on 6/18/19 (went camping that why it took long) I can finish watching a drama in 2days. Not to brag but Yu c; 2:33am

Have to say that I didn’t have SLS on this one but Fu Pei deserves a mention. He lost Mo Mo because he assumed she would always be there even though he pretty much let her down all the time by doing whatever he wanted. Was glad to see that he took her words to heart before he hurt Shan Shan too.
Good casting and storyline with this one and I will definitely be watching this again.

The sound effects are very funny I like the effects. The ending of the episode is so fast. The ending ep can divided 2 parts & long.
The last episode can show the future they are what doing. Because Si Tu Mo can get a New job or not. What about Gu Wei Yi new science project in future. What about the other 2 friends business?
There many detailing mistakes in episodes.
MoMo is always this bubbly person and Gu Wei Yi is the shy and possessive one , the efforts he puts for MoMo is so funny and cute. Seeing how they accept each other despise their differences , how they care for each other and love eachother despite the circumstances is amazing.
