Hiyama Atsuhiro is a car mechanic and an engineer at Spica Racing Factory. Hiyama Naozumi is a troublemaker yet a talented young driver for Spica Racing Factory, who hopes to advance to the World Rally Championship. He is also Atsuhiro's younger brother.
