Unexpected (2018)

Both include book and the characters inside said book. Both include human falling in love with fiction character.

Similar in the sense that the fictional world has rules which the FL struggles against. FLs in both shows are strong, resourceful characters who know what they want and fight against their "fate".

Unexpected tells the story of a man who is transported inside the world of his own manga (manhua).

The general plot is very different but they both feature the 'trapped inside you own story' story.

Similar plot in both drama one of the leads travel into the novel.
Miss Ye in Wonderland is unexpectedly funny and amusing to watch.

Both have character in book concept. A love story between character in book and person in real life.
