Both feature time slip time travel where ML and FL can travel to each other's time, subtly influencing and changing events.

Time travel results in romance between ML and FL. Similar tone, especially in the lighter moments. Scenes set in past and present.

In both series that have people from the past come to the future.
In LUTYN it is an acupuncturist fronm the past that comes to the future and meets a modern doctor,
In DA it is two women from the past that comes to modern day.

A joseon woman dreaming of becoming a doctor becomes an apprentice of a 21st century doctor who travels in time. Very interesting story, with time travel and addressing the meaning of what it is to be a true doctor. However, the quality of Dr. Jin's story turns out to be inferior to that of Dr. Heo.

In both, the ML is a talented, brilliant acupuncturist who experiences tragedy and leaves the palace/government, ending up in a different place (modern day vs. a village) where he must adapt to a different way of practicing medicine. Both dramas have a similar feel in the historical parts of LUTYN.

Time Travel element is the only similar trait. If you like time travel you'll enjoy both.
Live up to your name Dr Heo has a lighter feel to it and a nice amount of time travel. The actors have a good chemistry and I really enjoyed the ending. Both of these are my favourite TT dramas.
